I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried because of the comments I saw but it was quite the opposite. My appointment was for 11 am. At 6 in the morning they gave me the door and I left in 30 minutes. Thank you guys for the good work and I'm sure I'll come back here again. You can park at night on the side road. I spent the night there and I didn't have any problems. I congratulate you again.

Slow doesn't begin to describe it! The women in the office have an attitude also. You'd think after making drivers wait so long, the least you could do is be pleasant. Hate this place. Hope they go out of business!

Very slow unloading. 3 hours and still haven't started to unload me. Paper rolls. Two trucks come and gone. Shipper only took 30 min to load me. If I wasn't company I wouldn't be coming here again.

Good experience here. Arrived 30 minutes early for appointment and got a dock immediately. Unload took about an hour.

Always a great experience , parking available on the street, customer is nice and very fast at unloading. Fastest time was 8 minutes from when I bumped the dock to being unloaded with full paper roll load. Great customer

Slow.... arrived at 10:30am, got in door at 11:30am, they didn't start loading me until 1pm.Usually the long part of paper loads is waiting on a door, NOT getting loaded

Good in-out time. Came for delivery, appointment required. Office is next to the tracks.Nice receiving clerk,done in 30 minutes
