Overpriced, terrible customer service, the individual stores phone numbers don’t even work.. go somewhere else

They have a sign on all the windows saying \\\"40% off storewide\\\". No fine print and nothing saying some exclusions apply. So naturally we're going to go in the store and take a look. Well turns out, the entire back half of the store is excluded from the sale. No pop funkos, no monopoly sets, no Legos, no collectible figures. Basically anything you'd actually want to be on sale. All of them have notes saying excluded from the sale! Newsflash, when you have that many exclusions, it isn't a \\\"storewide\\\" sale. The lady in the store had to explain to literally everyone in there how a lot of the stuff wasn't on sale. Never have I seen such a clear case of false advertising/misleading marketing. Absolutely shameful

The store is cluttered and poorly organized. The aisles are too narrow. The staff engages in anti-social behavior. I did not feel comfortable in this store.

Seasonal store opens Sept/Oct each year through Jan/Feb. large variety of gift ideas and go to favorites from calendars , planners , puzzles to pop culture collectibles, board and party games , kids toys , and more . Always something new or can be requested in if available online .
