Amazing care, Dr. Quandt-Walle and Danielle were super kind and answered all my questions for my cat. I love how they gave me the option on what I wanted to do along with their opinion on what would be best. A price estimate was given to me before anything was completed!

After calling over a dozen vets in the area, Gentle Vet was able to get us in very short notice. The receptionists, vet tech, and veterinarian were all extremely patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner. ??

I cannot say enough great things about Gentle Vet. We've been bringing our pets to Dr. Gray and now newer vets, for around 20 years.
Most notable was our first Golden Retriever puppy, who was a bit more curious then we expected, but allowed us many visits to see Dr. Gray, starting her third day in our home - when it was discovered Sunny (puppy) had punctured her throat on a bush in our yard, next a beer bottle encounter ending in cut tongue, foot etc. the most memorable, Sunny was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor in leg, requiring her (3rd? or 4th?) surgery, beating that cancer with Dr. Gray's help!
All the staff, Old-timers -like Ray and Tiffany, and Newer added with clinic expansion project, have ALWAYS given the most compassionate and exceptional care to our fury family!
Sunny recently passed (July 7, 2024) but The DuMez Family was blessed with 8 years of amazing memories, because all the cancer related to Mast cell tumor was surgically removed in one procedure. Sunny never appeared to have suffered from what could've been life-threatening and we owe Gentle Vet a huge debt of gratitude for extending her time with us.
We continue our fury family's care at Gentle Vet, indefinitely!!!!!!

I’ve found the staff and Vets to be show a lot of concern for my cat and questions. I never felt rushed during the visit and observed them having a great amount of patience and concern showed towards another group in the waiting area that had brought in their pet for a procedure. If you’re looking for a place that cares about your furry pal and you this is that place.

My dog is reactive and we've always had to sedate her to go to the vet. Even then, she was a handful. I brought her in to the gentle vet today because of an allergic reaction. We were not able to sedate her before her visit. Turns out, we didn't need to. They really are dedicated to low stress visits. I am so proud of my dog, but also so very happy with the gentle vet staff. They are amazing! I will keep bringing my pets here. Thank you!

I wish I could give 10 stars. When my boy was so sick and the time had come, they got us in quickly. The clinic was so calm and nice- a big change from our previous vet, where everything is chaos and you cant even go into the exam room with your pet anymore. Every single person was kind to us. Every single person. From the front desk to the vet techs and the vet. Everyone loved my dog as if he were their own pet, and provided him dignity and comfort in his fimal moments and passing. They provided so much kindness to us and guided us step by step and assured us with an exam the time to say goodbye had come. Although I write this post sobbing, these people clearly love animals and are angels on this earth and deserve more recognition than I can give. I can't say enough good things. We'll be transitioning all our animals into their care without question. Best vet we've ever gone to.

26Apr24 Sending Love because everyone there loves your pet unconditionally. We all hope our pets stay well, my cat has been ill, they took me in as soon as they could. That alone is amazing!
Josie (our cat), will be fine soon.
The new location is great! They so deserved this wonderfully built clinic! The lobby is spacious and the rooms for checkups are perfect.
I recommend this place, from years as a customer with 2 prior lovely cats who both passed, there’s vets who love animals and there’s Gentle Vet who are full of kindness and love you and your pet.

Took great care of my baby Eva. Eva is a bearded dragon that recently got molt stuck in her eye. Appointment scheduling went smooth. I understand and was not bothered by the $90 reserve fee. Vet and other staff were very gentle with my baby and took good care of her. Thankful to have knowledgeable professionals on reptiles within a reasonable driving distance of me. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a new reptile vet.

I don’t visit the vet often due to the expense but my dog hurt her leg and needed to be seen. They got her in quickly and treated within my budget, I didn’t feel pressured to have expensive diagnostics and was comfortable trying a less expensive route first and follow up and try something else if she doesn’t help. The tech and Vet were both very good and I am pleased with the care she received.

I'm a big fan of Gentle Vet. My dog LOVES it there, his tail wags the entire time and all of the staff treat him really kindly. They are really understanding of me being a first time dog mom and they validate any somewhat silly concerns I might have, while trying to help ease any worry. When I call, they're usually able to get me in within a day or so, which is really convenient. My main vet, Dr. Lacey gives me really sound advice that comes from not only her expertise as a vet, but also as a dog owner herself. I appreciate the care and love shown to my Duder at this vet and plan to stick with them for as long as I'm a pet owner.
