Would not purchase from GANDRUD for a new/used vehicle. Purchased a 2024 Altima December 2023 and performed first oil change last week to notice transmission fluid was leaking into the cover. Went to service station to be told it could only be scheduled 2 weeks from then, at which point the vehicle will take on damage if loss of fluids is heavy. For something that cost me 35,000$, it doesn’t seem as big of a deal to them, so I will make all future car services and/or car purchases, elsewhere. Do NOT go to GANDRUD!!!

Gus and Adam were super helpful in the car purchasing process! Adam walked me through everything about the car before I left, and Gus helped me through all the financing. Both were friendly and patient with my family and I, and made this experience a good one!

I have been having issues with my Nissan leaking a fuel smell into the cabin of my vehicle. I wasn't able to have it serviced locally where I live and leased the vehicle from, but had to drive to the Green Bay area (3.5hrs away from me) instead since they have a certified Nissan Technician on site.
Stephanie, the service advisor, was SO accommodating and personable on the phone. I am very thankful for her ability to take care of customers and make them feel like their issues matter.
Once I met her in person, I thanked her again for being so helpful and making the process easy for us. She is great at what she does, and you can see she likes doing what she's doing.
I recommend coming here to purchase or have your vehicle serviced!

Brought my car in to get some work done. The bill came to $1,800.00. I replaced a few things they recommended.
After a quick overview view when I got home, it was discovered that one item was never fixed and they let me leave with my oil DANGEROUSLY LOW. No fluids were topped off and nothing was said about my oil. Thankfully, I'm at the mechanic now and he flushed out my coolant and changed my oil.
I called Gandrud Nissan and Shawn was very apologetic and when I brought my car back they fixed the problem and didn't charge me. I was very pleased with how he handled the situation. Mistakes get made. It's about taking responsibility and fixing your mistake. Thank you Shawn, you did a great job!

Highly recommend working with Adam Meyer!! He actually listened to me about what I was looking for and I purchased the perfect vehicle. He was very kind and polite. He took the time to go over the vehicle with me and explain all of the features my vehicle has to offer. If and when I need to purchase another vehicle I’m really hoping he is still working there as I will be going back. Very trustworthy.

Joseph, our salesperson is AWESOME! Super friendly and personable. In fact, if Joseph left Gandrud to work for another dealership we would probably fellow him to that dealership to purchase our next automobile. Might be kidding just a little but that is testimony of how pleasurable it was dealing with Joseph!

The service department technician was very knowledgeable, people oriented, and had excellent communication skills. He explained every detail done with my Rogue. Friendly staff greeted me when I paid. Now that Pete Holt from Bergstrom tragically died, I will be doing business with Gandrud Nisson since I was happy with my last visit.
