Took my vehicle in for a recall matter. The clerk checked me in without any issue and told me it would be about a 45 minute to an hour wait. Vehicle was done in 30 minutes because the technician had done many of those recall issues.

Bought a new 25 ram. 3 weeks later the battery was dead. I made a several calls to the dealer and was told “what do want us to do about it.” I never got a return phone call! Talked to several people until they finally admitted they’ve been having this problem with these trucks and replaced the battery. Should have been a clue when it was on the charger when I originally picked up the truck.

Let me start this review with the fact that I’m not very picky or very hard to work with. I’m about as good with the flow as it goes when it comes to sales and people working in customer service. With that being saidI came here looking for a jeep wrangler and the intent on trading my F350 platinum truck in. My sales lady Lynette was fantastic. But as soon as it came to the manager coming out and telling me how much they would offer me for my truck it went down hill. This manager way lowballed me on what my truck is worth and it was extremely hard to get him to go up at all. But I still wanted the jeep and didn’t want to let Lynette down cause she was amazing. So that night I went home and decided to reach out to another dealership and go and get an appraisal the next morning. Gandrud was offering me 6k under the KKB value and 6K under what my truck was worth. And they knew they were doing that trying to make as much money off me as possible. Not caring about what my truck was actually worth to try and pull a fast one on me. And the reason I know that is because when I brought in the paperwork from the other dealership saying how much my truck is actually worth it to them less than 5 minutes to immediately agree to give me the appropriate price for my trade in. I will not be buying from here again. And I recommend anyone who thinks about trading in here to get a second opinion on what your trade in is worth. All in all though Lynette was probably the best saleswoman I’ve ever had! She was fantastic and if you do decide to go here I can not say enough how much I recommend her! Please go to Lynette if you decide to go to this dealership. Thank you for reading.

Good work by the techs, very helpful. But need to tighten up the oil change process. It takes forever to show up and wait in line to get in. One lane is an online “waiting list” which is not clear as to the time appointed.

The online pricing was a lot cheaper than the pricing I was given on my bill. He said on line pricing is only an estimate. I had to talk to a manager to correct the pricing.

I made an appointment on line. Received an email with the time. When I showed up he said I was 2 hours early. I would have to wait. No, read my email. Oh, we will get you in.
