I am shocked to see the positive reviews for Green Bay Mobility Works. As returning customer (thought I would go back to where we had sales and service 10 years ago), I was extremely disappointed with little to no customer service (transferred repeatedly, sharing what I needed repeatedly, information taken) and after not getting a call back the second time, I went to another company.

Joe, Andrew, Dan, and Clark were great. We love our new Link seat. The installation was timely and they gave us a loaner van to use. They picked up our vehicle and dropped it off!! It worked well with our busy schedule. We appreciate the accommodations. We hope to work with them in the future for a fully accessible vehicle.

We have had the best experience working with Mobility Works and that is why we are a returning customer. We recently worked with Joe Canda on the purchase of a mobility scooter. Joe helped to make the process quick and easy and the communication during the process was outstanding. I am a returning customer and have purchased multiple vehicles from Mobility Works in Green Bay over the years. The service has been great! A special shout out to Drew, John and everyone in the service department! They are always willing to answer questions regarding service concerns. They go above and beyond to ensure the vehicle receives the maintenance that is required. The vehicle concierge service that is offered is amazing for those with busy schedules! The service staff will arrange vehicle pick up/drop off when maintenance is needed which saves customers a lot of time! Thank you for the great service and expertise you provide!

There could not be a more consumer friendly business than the Green Bay MobilityWorks. From their friendly and welcoming receptionist to Brent, a warm, kind, and knowledgeable sales agent, to the genuinely helpful and kind technical folks, installing the hand controls in our car was a truly positive experience. When we had a concern about the brakes being a bit stiff, they came to our home 2 hours away, took our car, leaving their van for us to use, and returned the car with great brakes the very next day. I mean, who does that? We are blown away by their service and commitment to excellence.
