All of these negative reviews are correct, I’ve never been treated so poorly for simply purchasing an item. I am a huge fan of this store and have never been more disappointed, I came in looking for a gift for my friend and was directed to a part of the store by a woman named Susan she was pleasant and helpful and I eventually found a clearance item I decided to purchase. I went to check out and as she was ringing up my items she asked me for my phone number and I declined, her whole manner changed in an instant, and she was completely rude to me. She got very angry and told me I wouldn’t be able to return it (which was fine since it was a gift and only about $3). But after that, I went to swipe my card and she EXPLODED at me for accidentally doing it too early.
As if that wasn’t enough, she went to hand me my bag and as I was grabbing it, she yanked it away aggressively asking me if I had noticed a price difference (I had thought it was $5, but it rang up as $3)— I had but since it was only a few dollars off I didn’t think much of it— but she would only give me MY PURCHASED ITEM AFTER I told her I had.
I’ve never felt more humiliated and offended And quite frankly, disturbed. This is not how a business should be run and I unfortunately will not be coming back.

I went into the francescas in Green Bay looking for a dress to find to wear to a wedding this summer, ended up getting 2 dresses, 2 shirts and a bunch of earrings. The worker Izzy was incredibly friendly and helpful. It made for a great shopping trip!

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had! Denice went above and beyond in helping me find a new outfit. She was thoughtful in her suggestions, patient, and friendly! Whether your looking for a new spring dress, cute jeans, or a new top, Francesca's is a great place to look. I will definitely be back. :)

Worst customer service ever! Every time I come to Green Bay to visit my husband (when we were still dating), I would go and shop at Francesca’s. I was never greeted or welcomed by any of the workers. They didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. I just recently moved to Green Bay with my husband. A couple of days ago, I went there again and I already know how they are but still shop there. When I entered, I was never greeted. While I mind my own business, looking through some clothes, one of the workers greets 3 people. I was disappointed! Is it because I’m ASIAN and they’re NOT?! Even before, they greeted and helped other people besides me! IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO THEY ARE! We are all humans and we have feelings as well! Even yesterday when I shopped in Appleton, I immediately told them that their customer service is the best one than Green Bay. I SAID WHAT I SAID, PERIOD.

I actually had the best experience at the store here today. The woman who helped us was the friendliest employee I have encountered in a long time. She was very uplifting and helping and knew the inventory in and out. A huge plus was that the whole store was 70% off so we were able to get a ton of clothes for such a great price! This store wasn’t my go to before but going forward, I will definitely always be stopping here for some new outfits!

When I declined to provide my name, used for returns, the person assisting me, Susan, immediately and obviously became annoyed. With your store being a small boutique in a struggling mall, you might want to appreciate ALL customers.

Terrible staff at the store especially Susan whom i believe is even the manager. WOW. Went to make a return from an online purchase on 2 of the 4 items and she was disgusted at me and snapped about how it goes against them and told me it would take a while to ring it up to check if she could even indeed do the return. Tried making small talk and she wouldn't comment back. Wasn't pleasant or happy at all and was throwing the items to the back wall after she would scan them. I am sorry but it's my money that i'm spending and i support the store so idk why she was so abruptly angry. I will NEVER shop in this store location ever again. Ruined my day and never dealt with such poor customer service in my life at a retail store.
