Absolutely worst website for bill payments. Trying to help a friend pay their bill and website keeps erroring out. This resulted in them being late in payment and resulted in late charges. Tried from multiple devices, confines to error out and even double charged them 1 time. Glad I don't rent from this placeUpdate and response:Everytime we log in, start the process, it says we have a timeout error. Even when we go to submit the payment. My friend is in unit 086. She has called to complain, gets no response. Has been double charged a few times, no response. We paid for 2 months last time and now the unit is locked out again. Your response is appreciated,but your son's, the manager, had been horrible and not customer friendly

If you don't call them back 2 seconds after they leave you a voicemail they will give someone else a storage unit and not return your call and atleast say I can't wait for your call back in the voicemail or say u didn't pick up you missed the opportunity for a storage unit

the fella who owns the place will show you a very nice unit to get you to sign a deal. but, the day comes to sign a contract and you get a completely different unit (of the same size) that looks as though it wasn't been used (or even cleaned) in a decade! when you try to contact him to move units, he's suddenly Harry Houdini. you're stuck with the filthy vermin ridden unit and have to clean it out and take precautions yourself. don't use mothballs in there either because he will say he "got sick and nearly threw up from the smell in there" and accuse you of causing damage. simply don't bother with this place.

guy running the place is a shyster and will accuse you of not cleaning out your unit adequately resulting in the loss of your security deposit. my advice: take. photos. before and after. but, more importantly, just avoid this gyp joint all together
