I thought it was a good bank, but they take forever to release my paid check. 7:50 am and still waiting for them to release my check. Ridiculous.BMO doesn’t charge overdraft fee until midnight and fox it right away.. not good

Very slow to withdraw ATM is barley reachable but they did do a good job at keeping all of my cards secure and cheap

Automatic withdrawals were denied to multiple service providers because they were given the wrong account number. The account number they were given was taken from a laminated financial institution card given to me by Fox Communities Credit Union. The incorrect number was written on the card.Another of many complaints? A cashiers check from a national financial institution was held for 20 days because of policy.Time to ditch Fox Communities and find a financial institution that I can trust.

Normally my experience here is flawless, but I'm in the drive thru on a Tuesday morning and they have a single person manning the entire drive thru, this is unacceptable. They need to stop being so greedy and hire/schedule enough staff to properly attend to the customers needs.The poor single drive thru attendant is not paid enough for this and i guarantee that.Do better fox communities credit union.

Kaylene - Member Relationship Officer - Not sure what branch she works at but she helped me get a credit card through Fox. She was very timely and helpful in working around my schedule. She even gave me instructions on the best ways to build my credit with it, as I had stated that is what I got for. We had everything done quickly and she was super patient and friendly! She made my experience pleasant and I am extremely satisfied with her service!!!!!!

Took over a week to get my debit card. I had to call in and request a new one because the first got “lost” in the mail. The lady on the phone was very nice and said she would make a new one and send it the military branch in two days. I did receive a call after waiting those two days and I picked up my card. ONLY for it to be the first card that had been lost.

My dad died from cancel and my mom had put some of her stimulus and income money in his account, which they shared. When you die, certain debts are canceled, but when my dad died, they took all the remaining money in the account and applied it to his bill and wouldn't give it to my grieving mother. My mom is trying to pay for funeral expenses and most of the money in the account was her personal income and government stimulus money. This bank wouldn't give her a dime and told her too bad. Do not use this bank. They are ruthless and they take advantage of a grieving widow and stole money that belonged to her.
