I no longer live in Appleton, the city of several Festival Food Stores, so we made a trip to one of the Green Bay locations specifically for the raw X-L shrimp in the Meat/Seafood Dept. during a fantastic sale for $6.99/lb. Festival Always comes through with freshness, quality and customer service! I am so grateful to have these stores within an hour drive!

Something festival hits hard. Prices are amazing and caring staff. Judy the lady that was bagging item was amazing! We live a hour away and had great trips to this festival and the de pere one.

The only reason you're getting one star is the young lady at the service counter was very helpful. Worst checkout service ever and high prices. Shift manager was unconcerned. Not going back even though it's closest to my house.

What happened to the little things?-Bakery uses box cake mix-Bakery many products start frozen are made by third parties-Deli used to be authentic-Sandwiches are made in a factory-Most signature deli products once made in house no longer are-Bottom line top priority-20th century level of workplace discrimination-Owner surrounded by corporate yes-men

I absolutely love the variety at Festival, but every time i shop here, im amazed at how costly everything is. They definitely have great sales, but i just dont think it evens out how much everything else cost.The deli and meat counters are great!

The scooters are not always plugged in and the only other options are a push wheelchair despite disabled people not being able to use it most of the time, and a cart that has an adult seat in it which is very infantilizing.

Tried twice to get change for a dollar turned down twice. Highly inconvenienced by this and disappointed. It feels that as time goes on you as a company are removing the things that make you better than the competition. You have about 3 things left and all of them don't Capt anything but I predict that they are going to abandon them soon.
