No service.Lady told me they where closed but the door was open.and won't be able to help me.It was 230pm sign said until 430.Appt on friday.I tried to explain I want to just look but said I couldn't. And yelled this from her desk and the end of the hall. And informed me she was leaving .Then just disappeared.But there was a gentleman also at the desk. I asked if he was the manager he no he been there 20 yr. I think he could of got up off the chair to help but no .So I left. No service .I will also informed my plumber to not refer customers.I went else where and they where great.Sad. Just really sad. NO SERVICE.Letting you know dont waste your time.not worth it

Service parts Dept. Steve and Wade , went above and beyond to try and get me a tub drain that was discontinued. I didn't get a drain that day but help me with an other option. Thanks.

Six months ago my husband and I decided to upgrade the two main bathrooms in our home from floor to ceiling. Anyone who has gone thru this knows it mirrors the "building process." I was ready to make a bunch of purchases and even though the store was empty the lady couldn’t even greet us or look at us once during the entire duration of our visit to the store!
