Uneducated individuals do not know shipping laws and rules. Rep at counter had to make a phone call and still didn’t have correct information. Please educate your staff on what is allowed to be shipped. A machined Cylinder doesn’t not need a safety data sheet. It’s a piece of metal… Nothing “compressed” or “hazardous “

For the second time in a week the driver drove right past my well marked house to deliver a package to a neighbors house - also clearly numbered. Today it was a wine delivery which he must have signed for (no on home there) and then would not stop when I tried to flag him down and in fact sped up and I had to jump out of the one lane driveway to avoid being hit. It would be nice to have local number to call, but that's not supplied, of course...

Package was to be delivered by 5-10. First delay was told truck isn't working, next delay was due to weather.... it was 80 and sunny with a slight breeze. Definitely needs to stop lying to customers, not sure how they have been on business this long.

Driver forged my required signature (second time). Never knocked or rang the bell, just chucked my package and scampered off. When I confronted him in the driveway he told me not to worry about it. Stupid way to lose your job.

Worst company in the world. My package was "being delivered" since 7:57am on 2-24-23. At 6:30pm I track the package and it says delayed. I called the 800 number and was told the driver fell behind and ny package would be delivered until Monday. I'm a cancer patient and need the medicine that the packaged contained. I called again the 800 number and got no where. Worst experience and lazy drivers.

Called about a package that was delivered to the wrong address. Was told that I was given the wrong tracking number by the company. Went back to the company and was told that is the only tracking number they have for the package. Huge inconvenience and is not the first time I've had problems with fedex. Fedex seems to be the only shipping company I seem to have problems with.

Just had a Fed Ex Driver cutting through a parking lot blow his horn and stated I cut him off???? I was in my lane as he cut across parking spots! No wonder all these Fed Ex routes are not selling! Terrible company

Called & was told I could get my package between 5-6 pm. Showed up at 5, no package & was told to come back after 5:30. Came back after 5:30, closed. I have issues with FedEx EVERY TIME someone ships me something through them.
