This Fed Ex location does an absolute amazing job!
I hosted a fashion show recently and was sending them flyers, posters, post cards, stickers, and more just left and right in a short time span. They continued to complete the projects in a 24-48 time span, in such an efficient and quality matter.
Everyone is always kind and accommodating whether it’s through email, phone, or in person!
Very thankful to have them as my main painting resource in the area!

I am a regular shipper and prefer to come to this location because Leigh is AWESOME!! She is personable and friendly with a great smile. When a workplace has a fun atmosphere it is reflected to the clients! And we need more of that in this world! Leigh deserves a raise!! There is no greater asset than a happy and infectiously kind staff member! Great job FedEx.-PS Make her want to stay, or shell get stolen away!Not related to this visit- I was very frusterated with the phone system you are using..... :-( It may be cheaper to have no live representitive option, but good customer service on the phone should be as important as in the store! AJ & Shira are ROCK STARS! You expect top-tier service when you go somewhere with a big order or pricey needs, but it says something about a company, its service, and its employees when you get that same treatment over a relatively small request. For an upcoming DI Tournament I was putting a costume and props together as the Timekeeper/Announcer. I needed to map of some sort to attach to the back of a clipboard, and have its details large enough to not loose its affect - but also to be seen from 30 feet away. Shira & AJ took the time and effort and care needed to accomplish this, and responded as though it was their personal mission. All this, while not slowing down the other business needs at the time. My end product is going to WOW a lot of parents and student participants thanks to these two! THANK YOU for champagne service and results for just a soda pop level project! You Folks Rock!

For the second time in a week the driver drove right past my well marked house to deliver a package to a neighbors house - also clearly numbered. Today it was a wine delivery which he must have signed for (no on home there) and then would not stop when I tried to flag him down and in fact sped up and I had to jump out of the one lane driveway to avoid being hit. I did speak to a woman at the Green Bay Ship store who wanted to help but could not and I again went to the customer service center I presume is oversees and without any definitive action. I have some concern that this driver may return to my residence when he is contacted regarding this situation.

I got a return label by email to use FedEx. My computer crashed and I spent a week and a half trying to get it and the wrong order for ink for my printer up and running. I finally gave up and brought it into FedEx to have the label printed. Of course by then the label had expired. Why does FedEx think we all are able to drop everything to run into town to get this stuff done in such a short time? Why is there even an expiration date at all? The computers remember this stuff don't they? Oh that's right computers crash. But they could at least consider having a way to check on this or extend their expiration dates.

If you are going to that location make sure your package is sealed and boxed. They lie to you so you don't use FedEx free boxes in order to buy their boxes, which by the way are way over price. Avoid that location. Avoid "BAD Service and worse employees and management". That location is ruining the reputation of FedEX. I spoke with FedEx Main customer service, and approved that they were wrong for not letting me use Free FedEx boxes. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I'm so tired of OfficeMax nearby that always make mistakes binding my music books. I live an hour away and constantly have to make several, time sonsuming, trips to get my material spiral bound for easier reading on my music stand. OfficeMax has ruined a lot of my books with poor mistakes sometimes ruining vintage printage material. Today was no different at the nearby OfficeMax and they stated their binding machine was down, to return next week, wait another week for a total of THREE one hour trips. Seriously!? Luckily the OfficeMax employee made the mistake of advising of spiral binding services available nearby at FedEx letting me discover the location on my own for safety of company retribution. I was greeted by a young woman when I entered the FedEx store and I quickly stated my frustration with their competition down the road. They asked what I needed and I explained it was a simple, one music book spiral binding, kindly requesting service today to save multiple hour long trips between Algoma and Green Bay. She kindly asked for a few hours to complete my request which worked out perfectly since I had other business to attend to in the area. I received a phone call in less than an hour and THIS is how you earned me as new loyal customer.Many thanks to the team at this FedEx location who saved me a lot of time, frustration, and miles waiting for spiral bound music book! I didn't know this service was available here and will be back soon to have other books spiral bounded. It was just too easy and I didn't have to answer a million questions unlike I do at OfficeMax. It was a "I need a book spiral bounded. "Okay done, see you soon" No worries, no hassles, and NO mistakes. PERFECT!Bye, bye OfficeMax!

I’ve printed with fedex for special occasions. And I would like to say all of my experiences were great. But today, I had a very simple print request. I had stood in front of the counter after asking for help a couple of times. I was handed a card and was told to go online and do it myself. I had made a few comments requesting additional help, and all of the employees just continued to hover around and gossip. Nobody offered to further help the process. I walked out empty handed after 20 minutes just standing there waiting for help. I didn’t even receive customer service as I was leaving.. bummed about the staff at this location.
