Quick and thorough. Highly expensive. They charge for the oil change based on 4 or 5 quarts, then they charge $6 to $9 per quart above the first 4 or 5 quarts. Wow. I have not used quick change places in a while. Now I remember why! Good team of people working there

Excellent service! I congratulate the staff at AV University for doing their best to serve customers well, quickly and efficiently, even though I don't speak English, I managed to use the translator and they were very friendly without any problem, especially the man with glasses, thank you very much! ! ?I give them a 10 out of 10!!!

Very fast in and out, appreciate the kind service from the gentleman servicing my vehicle and appreciate the free water. It's a lot better than going to Woodman's for a cheaper price and waiting an hour and half. Thank you!

Always my number one recommendation when people ask me where they should get an oil change. The guys are always friendly and make the experience so quick and effortless.
I’m so bad at remembering how to reset my oil change light, Nathan (the manager) is always so quick to help me out. When I first started going there I also had no idea how to open up the hood of my car. They helped me with that too. They didn’t make me feel dumb about it, like some people easily could have.
If you’re from out of town or just someone looking for their first oil change, I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Hate talking on the phone? You don’t need to do that here.
Hate setting up appointments? You also don’t need them here.
Just show up. They’ll ask what they can help you with. Tell them you want an oil change. They do it. It’s that easy. That simple.

I came here a few months ago to get an oil change and when I came back to do it again they couldn’t do it because they previously tightened the oil cap filter to tight,making have to goto a full service shop where they thankfully got it off without damaging the rest of the motor.

I would highly recommend not going to the take 5 on university ave. First they broke my dip stick. Then they fixed that however the manager unplugged one of my cords which caused my engine to chug. When I got home realized they left a tool under my hood and broke my headlight.
Go to any location besides this one!!!

The take five on University avenue was awesome. The staff was very helpful and informative. Nathan did a great job and was very professional. Definitely another great location for Take 5. We will absolutely go back in the future and recommend others to this particular location.
