Really awesome to shop at this store to be forced to pay $150 when the employee lied to police saying I was parked there for 4 hours. I would like an explanation of this .

I left for a better job opportunity and the manager forbade me from going to the store as a customer because I had left. I am bilingual and they only paid me 10.50 and she promised that she would raise my salary but I didn't wait two months for that.

The store manager from the Walnut Street location should lose her job! Poor customer service and rude! I had went there to purchase food and necessities. I am a struggling single mother and use food share. Well, the cashier didn't tell me that my food share didn't go through and it all went onto my credit card instead, like $100 worth! That was my money for gas to get to work, as I live on a very limited income. I came in the next day, as they closed before I could do anything since I went at night the night before. The store manager explained to me that she couldn't do anything as it was from the day before and she couldn't prove I had food share and that corporate would flag it in the system and not allow it. Ok, so I asked to speak to corporate and from there she got really rude and said a flat no and told me to leave. Why was that necessary? I needed this fixed. I had also explained that I did have proof of benefits. She continued to be rude and not fix the situation. Needless to say, I still contacted corporate and I refuse to go back to Family Dollar until this is resolved. I will go back to Walmart instead, as I never had issues with them fixing things like this.

Decent customer service but store is kinda ghetto / dirty looking . That's not to say it's dirty . Just has a very very worn look to the store , which is often disorganized is spots . The workers are usually pleasant though . Always room for improvement.

Not the worst I’ve been too but far from the best. Dirty, empty shelves and items thrown everywhere. Staff was polite as an upside though!
