In 2019 they were unable to produce a viable pair of glasses for my extremely near sighted prescription. As a customer I tried to trust in their knowledge for two separate pairs of glasses, neither of which were even wearable due to the extreme weight and fish eyed experience from their lens choices. When we ultimately returned the second pair my wife was ridiculed by the staff who stated that there's no way Walmart or Shopko optical could get right what their lab couldn't.4 years later I finally got over the anxiety about getting a new pair of glasses this experience gave me and got a great pair and prescription sunglasses too, both from Shopko optical.Do not trust their staff to guide you in purchasing the right lens and frames for your prescription, it's that simple.Update to reply: It's a shame your doctors didn't have anything to do with purchasing a set of frames and lenses as it sounds like their expertise could have been used. In my 30+ years of having and wearing glasses I never had an experience like this, not to mention being treated terribly when I had an issue.

I normally don’t post reviews unless I can something positive. I’m making an exception in this case in the hopes I can save someone my experience.Being new to Green Bay and needing an eye exam, I settled on Eye Associates and scheduled an appointment. The first step of the exam was the assistant putting drops in my eyes to dilate them. Then the doctor came in to check my prescription and eyes. Trying to read the eye chart for the prescription check with my eyes dilated was very difficult, even with the room darkened. At the end of the exam, the doctor told me he could not get my eyes corrected to 20/20. First off, I haven’t had my eyes dilated like that in years, and had been told by my eye doctor in Ct. years ago that there were now ways to check the eyes without having to dilate them. Second, when my eyes used to be dilated, that was always done after my prescription had been checked. Third, I’ve been wearing glasses for 50 years and have never had an eye doctor tell me they couldn’t correct to 20/20. Not having confidence in the prescription I walked out of the appointment with, I went to another doctor to have my prescription checked. Not only was he able to correct me to 20/20, he corrected me to 20/15. I’m not an eye doctor, so I can’t judge Eye Associate’s practices. However, the results were clearly not acceptable. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I made an appointment and showed up but there was some confusion about my health coverage, I had to cancel the appointment. I brought all my required information and cards, but it turns out the matter could have been cleared up with a few simple questions on the part of the receptionist, which she did not do. Now I have to wait for the next available time, however I won't be going the Eye Associates of Green Bay.

I love Eye Associates! I have been seeing Dr Natalie Stankevych for years. She and the staff are always polite, thorough, and very helpful. They were so kind to me when I had an eye emergency 2 years ago. Highly recommend.

The moment you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by friendly staff plus they are genuine. Anyone can smile at you, but they seem to really care about your needs and why you are there. Dr. Natalie Stankevych was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She is very professional, but even more importantly personal with you. I will definitely not be going anywhere else but here.

The moment you walk into the office there is no doubt you are at a business that knows exactly what they are doing and how to treat their customers. I know to some of you that sounds stupid, but it's the truth. I had an horrible experience with Target. The staff seemed annoyed the moment I walked in and when I called to ask questions about why my contacts seemed different than my glasses I was given the runaround. FYI totally wrong prescription. Dr. Natalie Stankevych was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She is very professional, but even more importantly personal with you. I will definitely not be going anywhere else but here.

The customer service was excellent! I had an issue with my eyes and they went out of there way to fit me in the schedule. Dr. Stankevych was great!

The doctor was great and took time with her patients. The other staff however was difficult to work with.

Amazing Doctors and treatment! I have been a long time patient at Eye Associates of Green Bay. I usually see Dr. Natalie but recently she was out of the office and I needed to a piece of grass removed from my eye. I saw Dr. Stankevych and He was very gentle and explained every step of the process before he started. Amazing Service and great attention to detail!

I have been going to Eye Associates of Green Bay for the past four years. For the first time in 40 years of eye exams, I feel like an eye doctor was actually taking the time to perform an eye exam instead of just being shuffled in and out. Dr.Stankevych took the time to answer my questions regarding the exam and the results. Because of this, I found out my prescription didn't need to be as strong asthe previous eye doctor from a chain made it. The rest of the staff was very welcoming and helpful when scheduling and picking out new frames. I would highly recommend Eye Associates to both friends and family.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience here. They had very poor customer service for my first visit (grumpy, disingenuous, & talked loudly/poorly/personally about their customers). I even mentioned the overheard conversation and potential HIPPA violation to the doctor and he blew it off as if I were a child complaining about a mean girl. Fast forward a few months later and I call in to get my contact prescription to order online- not only did it take 4 phone calls in one week (all that were hung up on) and one in-person visit to finally pin them down to get my prescription- they didn't even have my prescription on file and essentially made it up on the spot. Unfortunately I ordered my lenses and THEN realized how insanely off they were. Horrible business that needs to close its doors- it's past its prime and in need of huge culture revamp with its staff.
