I was referred to Exhaust Pros for a rattling in my exhaust when I’d start my car. I brought my car in, three of the mechanics looked over my car, brought me back to explain to me what was going on and made a recommendation to call the dealership before they did any work because they believed the issue would be covered under warranty. I called the dealership this morning and I have an appointment to get my car fixed next month AT NO COST. Although they were willing to help me fix the issue they knew the best solution was to work with the dealership in this circumstance. They saved me almost $5000. All three of the mechanics were very nice and educated me on the issue instead of treating me like any other mechanic has when I walk in the door as a woman. I appreciate you guys so much! When I need repairs in the future I will be coming to you!

Chris is the guy! He made my day today. He went way out of his way to get my rusted pin (with screw on one end) that held my bike rack in. This pin over a period of 4 yrs being on my car, rusted and sort of welded itself inside the unit. He worked tirelessly to save my hitch and get that rack off my car. He was so nice and very friendly, all around a top notch worker who will go out of his way to make the customer happy. I’m so thrilled he was able to do this! Off to buy a new rack for my e-bikes.

I had an issue with my exhaust and Chris was super accommodating, even came in after hours to help get me fixed up. Would definitely go back for more work if ever needed.

Very friendly staff that fully explained the issue and best way to fix it. Extremely affordable pricing and they were able to order my part in that same day and have it ready to drive that same afternoon. I'd thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone.

Helped me out when I locked my keys in my car across the street, non-emergency wouldn’t help and I couldn’t afford a locksmith or tow. Stand up guys, went above and beyond when they didn’t have to at all.

Once I discovered Exhaust Pros about 9 years ago after moving to the area, I've never had to look anywhere else for some of the best automotive service in town. The exhaust work is exceptional, obviously, but general vehicle service & repairs are outstanding and timely. The team there is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they treat everyone with great respect. Give Exhaust Pros a try. They are wonderful! I really love the work you've done for me over the years! Honest, great service. Fair prices.
Car dealership wanted over $2,400 dollars for parts to repair my rear differential. Exhaust Pro searched for 3 weeks. found the parts I needed and repaired my car for $480, which included labor. MY car runs GREAT. EXHAUST PRO IS AN HONEST BUSINESS. They definitely are MY GO TO CAR REPAIR SHOP. I appreciate your HONESTY!!!!

I went in for a front end tire alignment. Took a little longer than expected (probably due to the weather... 0°F isn't fun to work in); I'd rather wait than have a job rushed though.
Solid service, knowledgeable staff & reasonable rates. I'll be back for future work.
Update: had a boot and axle replaced. Not dead yet so I'm still satisfied. I'll be back.

First, the staff is pretty nice. I have been there three times now and they have not been grumpy and condescending like a lot of mechanics. They were also kind enough to give me a ride to work while my car was left there. It was a short drive so I don't know if they do that for everyone.
I guess their prices are fair, but on the upper end of the range compared to some other shops; at least, for an oil change. Of course, everything is going up and it leaves you feeling ripped off no matter what you buy these days.
Twice I used Exhaust Pros for actual exhaust work, and that was fine. They certainly know what they are doing. However, each time there was a little employee hiccup on their end. Not a big deal, but it would have been nicer if those things didn't happen. (I guess we are all human...)
One last thing is that they add on a processing fee if you use a credit card. I understand that some businesses are doing this to keep their prices down. However, their prices are no less than others so they are certainly not passing the savings on to the customer. For this and the couple other things mentioned, I give them four stars instead of five.

Well work hasn't been done yet but we developed a long term list of goals after a thorough diagnostic that was extremely competitive and worked for me. They have some buy now pay later options that will help me too. Confident I am working with the right team.
