Called for service on my walk-in cooler an hour before they closed for the day. The receptionist was uncertain whether someone could get here today however instead of leaving it at "uncertainty" she took the extra step of talking to the service manager to find out whether it could happen today or not. That was awesome. Hopefully when the technician gets here the service will be just as awesome. The pricing was reasonable as well.Edit: I still use these guys as my go to appliance repair. Absolutely stellar service.

Purchased a 3 door under bar cooler from them. Cooler consistently has water building up on bottom of cooler. Called for service several different times. Either they don’t call you back or don’t show up. Came out on a Friday and we were busy so they called and scheduled a service appointment for the following Tuesday at 9 am. Never showed up and never called. I call to find out when they will be coming and was told an emergency came up with another customer. Well I have no cooler to store my product in to open my business, but that’s NOT an emergency. Don’t make service appointments if you can’t show up! Very unprofessional company

I was heading home from work today going southbound on hwy-41 when I was merging on the highway and had a white van blow past me just as I was merging.Now I’ve been cut off before no big deal but this was agregious. I say this because the van was already traveling down the highway over the speed limit and didn’t bother to even attempt moving over.So I moved forward to make eye contact with the driver and to get a plate number 74429. What really drove me to write this review was the smile and intimidations they tried to give me after that. Speeding around my vehicle, giving me thumbs up, and giving the shoulder shrugs to start something. The passenger was no better just egging the situation on probably thinking he was funny. (hope it was funny)You are the face of this business and your best instinct is to continue the access speed and intimidation..I called the direct line of the business talked to a very nice lady that empathized the situations and said she’d move it along to the next level. I hope she does this and I hope this review is seen by the owner and taken seriously. Makes me question compliance if an employee thinks it’s okay to whip around on the highway what other compliance is that grade a employee not abiding by.I can’t speak for what the business does and how they operate but I can say my first interaction was not at all what I wanted to go through going into a holiday weekend. I appreciate the time.If someone wants to follow up and tell me how the situations is being remedied with both employees I’m willing to consider taking the review down.Thanks for the time.
