The gentleman who helped us with the battery was very knowledgeable and very helpful. “About a year ago in july I got my MSI laptop sent in to have a more powerful SSD drive installed. Came out just fine, with the new ssd installed. But after that experience my touchpad was broke, no techinical fixes worked, so it must have been a hardware problem, presumabley from the instalation. However when I picked up my laptop he also noticed the problem and offered to provide help with the issue but I was in a rush and I only ever use my mouse anyway, so I left at that and denied the offer for help. All in all, they get the job done.”

“As service to Samsung refrigerators is hard to come by, I found Sears works on them. The appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion, the technician was knowledgable & courteous. He was able to get the fridge portion (freezer was working fine) functioning while parts were ordered. Parts came in less than a week, they were installed and everything is working great again!
