“I was so pleased with the Batteries Plus team. There were able to replace the battery in my fathers iPad. They had a battery in stock. They had a technician who could do the work the same day I came in. This was important as I had a 60 mile trip to arrive in Green Bay. I didn't want to make a second trip to pick up the iPad. I really appreciated that they worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner. Thanks guys!”
“We came into work today with a bad battery back up. We went to work with our virtual IT to troubleshoot the problem. Once identified, we needed to find a battery. With no luck at several of our local stores, we enlisted the help of Batteries Plus. Nick went out of his way to help me. We are a non-profit, located an hour away. He set up an account for us over the phone, accepted payment and allowed one of our volunteer drivers to pick up the battery for us. Five stars for sure. Thanks Batteries Plus!”
“About a year ago in july I got my MSI laptop sent in to have a more powerful SSD drive installed. Came out just fine, with the new ssd installed. But after that experience my touchpad was broke, no techinical fixes worked, so it must have been a hardware problem, presumabley from the instalation. However when I picked up my laptop he also noticed the problem and offered to provide help with the issue but I was in a rush and I only ever use my mouse anyway, so I left at that and denied the offer for help. All in all, they get the job done.”
“As service to Samsung refrigerators is hard to come by, I found Sears works on them. The appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion, the technician was knowledgable & courteous. He was able to get the fridge portion (freezer was working fine) functioning while parts were ordered. Parts came in less than a week, they were installed and everything is working great again!
