While stocking some quality products, this store is largely a scam. Bernadette R. Goodine graduated from a defunct , non accredited "school" called Clayton College of Natural Health. Naturopathic medicine overall lacks rigorous scientific validation. She is not a replacement for a doctor. From what i hear from my sister who shops there, Bernadette sells the idea of "blood type diets" , the current scientific consensus is that blood type diets lack a strong foundation in evidence-based research and should be approached with skepticism.Bernadette played a parlor trick on my sister to try and fool her into buying more products. She first showed my sisters blood not moving under a microscope, then on the next visit after having bought and used her products, the blood was moving. Blood does not naturally move without our heart pumping it, any movement seen under a microscope is caused by the liquid being spread between glass or some external force.How remarkably convenient it is, that a special "health advisor" can sell you the very solutions to the issues that she has just identified for you.To those who have had good outcomes with this store and products, I am happy for you. I think you should evaluate your diet in the past to your new blood type diet, and then see what aligns with real peer reviewed science. I think you will see that you are eating healthier according to a nutritional medical consensus, rather than getting any special effect from the "blood type diet". Look up studies on the blood type diet on google scholar. You should also consider how strong the placebo effect can be.Don't let this store replace real medical professionals. Talk to your family about your experience here, I'm glad my sister did, she wont be getting scammed anymore.

I had to share my story, I started seeing Bernadette little over a year ago, she tested me to find out what my body needed and recommended the supplements needed to start cleaning things up so I stay healthy. I use only natural products and don't take any medicine. In todays world we need supplements because the foods do not provide enough nutrients alone. I am 53 and went in to have a complete physical and for the first time my blood tests and all my other test came back perfect! Thank you Bernadette for taking superb care of me!!

I'll never shop here again. No massage available when I went. They said they no longer offer the service so the name creates confusion for customers. Refusing to clarify or change the name amounts to false advertising in my opinion. The staff screwed up and reccomend a sweetened fish oil when I told them I'm on a low carb/ keto diet.I brought the product back and they refused to exchange even though it was they're recommendation.
