I highly recommend working with Tucker at dorsch east! We called late Friday inquiring about a vehicle online and upon arrival the vehicle was ready for a test drive. Tucker also showed us some other similar options within our budget and went over features with us. He was nice to work with and answered all of our questions/concerns, and if he didn't know the answer, he was able to find out for us. He never pushed us past our comfortable budget and didn't rush us even though it was late on a Friday! Great experience from start to finish!

Best experience I have had in a long time. Maciek was my sales guy. If you have questionable credit then you know car shopping isn’t fun. Maciek gave me 5 or 6 different options with different down payments. And the loan term is not vary long. So you have actual light at end of the tunnel. It’s not 5 years of paying on something that has absolutely no valve at end of loan. They do everything possible so you drive away with something you wanted. My vehicle came with a 2 year warranty. I will definitely buy all my vehicles from dorsch

The service staff listened to my concerns and made significant improvements in the ride for my 2004 Mustang. My car was in the shop for several days and Rob kept me posted regularly with the progress on the work for my suspension issues.

When I was exploring my car options and test driving Dorsch Kia was great. Once I made my decision on which two Kias I wanted my sales rep struggled to put clear and honest numbers in front of me. Acted like I was stupid. Pandered to me and could not justify the online pricing line item "Dorsch Savings and Rebates". It was a very dishonest, bait and switch, line item. It did not total any of the rebates offered and every other dealership listed a price with a "dealership discount" and then a list of "rebates" you may or may not qualify for.... Both other dealerships I dealt with were transparent and could justify their own pricing. In the sales rep's defense, this appears to be a system/dealership issue. The price online is listed very deceiving and it was his job to try to explain the dishonest advertising. Personally, I liked Mike, but he was setup to fail when the sale turned from "educate me about these cars" to "alright, I want two of them, let's put a deal together". For any other car shoppers, I called Bergstrom in Appleton on my way home from Dorsch and they had an honest deal in front of me before I pulled in my driveway. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide one of the cars. Kocourek Kia in Wausau was just as great to work with and was able to provide both cars and an honest and easy process.
