Needed a windshield replaced on my Ford F150. I kinda got lost in the customer service chain when requesting my initial estimate. Brendon cleared it up, got the work scheduled and it looks great. They cleaned the truck cab and exterior. Professional, courteous service.

After hitting a deer, Progressive had my car brought in for repairs at Dorsch. They had a lot of work on their hands at the time and my repairs took nearly two months. I had to call for updates on my repair and was surprised when the pick-up date was delayed twice and they didn't notify me. To make things right, Dorsch offered me a free rental vehicle and compensation for the time I spent waiting without a vehicle or rental after having insufficient communication from the repair shop. It was a long process but they were determined to make sure I was happy, which I very much appreciated. The repairs look good and they detailed the car as well!

Amazing team they went through everything that needs to be done to my car also the steps being taken for approval with my insurance company and an exact date they will have everything in to fix the damage . They had honest answers for all of my questions .

I brought my vehicle in after a very unfortunate incident, and it continued to be unfortunate from there. Although I left the correct contact information on several forms I was never contacted directly. I was the only person the vehicle was registered to and the only one to be there in person. After the collision center left several messages at the wrong number (they were forwarded to me) I contacted them to let them know they had the wrong number. They contacted that wrong number 2 more times after that and still had not contacted me directly. I had my vehicle scheduled a month and a half out. When I dropped off my vehicle, I filled out another form on how I wanted to be contacted. A day later they contacted the wrong number again to let me know it would take 2 weeks rather than the initial quoted and agreed upon 1 week. I called back and left my number again and never received a call back. At this point my frustration level was high. I stopped in in person the following day to have the wrong number deleted from any association with my account. I also expressed my extreme frustration with the noncommunication and the schedule change. I admit I was upset but at no point did I attach any individuals. I am upset with the situation and the process. I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a vehicle to drive since the car was going to be tied up for longer than originally planned. I expressed I did not have time to sit around, and I was going to pick up a driver for the “loaner” to have the paperwork ready when I returned. Upon my return there was no paperwork completed and they wouldn’t complete any without a credit card. I would not give a card for what was not my fault and have to pay for their errors. At this point I was told I would not be getting a car without a card. I expressed my frustration in the situation again and proceed to lodge a complaint at the main building. My complaint was heard, and I felt listen to. The person requested some time to investigate my complaint and get back to me. I agreed. Shortly after I left, I received a call from the collision center manager stating he hear how I treated his employees, and it would not be accepted, and they do not wish to do business with me. I needed to come, pick up, my vehicle and take my business else ware. Never did this person ask my side of the story or address any other issue. I can’t say how terrible the customer service was by the collision center. I will not recommend nor do business with them ever again.

Started out at 4 starts due too a rocky beginning of a few misunderstandings from lack of communication among staff. Once that was cleared up, Matthew and Taylor knocked it outta the park. Loved that the car looks fantastic and they even had the inside cleaned. Highly recommend working with these two.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about them. Bought a handful of cars from them. Also had a few cars fixed. You pull in to get an estimate right away. Schedule the repair and get a loaner car fast perfect. Work is always great no issues. Just went in for self pay to have some work done to the front of my car. I needed to know what would cost me. An older lady asked me if I had an appointment. Um no I just need someone to look at some chips on the front bumper to see what will cost. Well you need an appointment. I am not going to argue with her obviously not her fault. I make the appointment for a week later when they can get me in. As I have the guy looking at my car I asked him the normal questions. Turn around time and loaner cars. Then another lady pipes up and says no dealers offer loaner cars anymore and we do not either. Hum as my buddy just had his truck fixed at the Chevy dealer and in fact had a loaner. I leave extremely annoyed for well. One i had to wait a week to just get a simple estimate of what it would cost. Two to be told I would get no car to use. So the 15 miles to work I can just walk I guess. But I did call 3 other dealers big ones. Do you provide loaner cars? I was told yes by all. So I lied about that. Again I never had anything but good to say about this dealership. But the changes they are making are not making it very convenient to do business with them . I scheduled my appointment with another dealer. Who gave me a quote on the spot. Loaner car and about over 200.00 cheaper. I sadly will not ever be taking my car back to them. Unless they fix how they are doing business. I do not have time to jump through hopes like this.

we recently had our car towed in after a bad accident, Jennifer was a great help in telling us every step we needed to take along the way, car ended up being totaled out but she went out of her way to make the experience much easier for us , thanks again for the quick response and the attention you gave to us

Had some bodywork done recently on my car that I bought from Dorsch 5 months ago. Was a fantastic experience, worked specifically with Jennifer, an estimator for the body shop.Communication was great and they exceeded my expectations in every way.
