  December I asked owner if you ever had any problems with water damage he said nope not to my knowled.a December 24th the snow wasn't plowed very well and it was pushed all the way up to all the doors of the storage units other people weren't going to have to be moving their cars that they had stored there because they sheds flooded and my door was off the track all winter long and he knew about it so not only did the snow get piled up to the doors were other storage unit owners make sure that it is always removed away from the doors it ran into my storage unit in early December icing and freezing everything that I owned so needless to say it had to go to the city dump I lost bedroom sets furniture my life in that storage unit renters insurance does not cover if it is not a broken pipe owner was aware of this all winter long and did nothing to help me

  I rented a storage unit for more than 2 years. Only one problem during that time period with a broken overhead door. The problem was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Denrick Storage, and would do business with them again.
