Both of my visits to Countycare have been "urgent" emissions, one for my chicken and one for my cat. The level of care both of my pets received was excellent and I left feeling extremely grateful that they were able to see both of them on short notice. Excellent care was provided during their stay and thorough discharge instructions were given. Felt like they really cared for my pets even though they had never seen them before. Prices were excellent and in line with the care they received. Will be returning for routine visits in the future.

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. Absolutely horrific experiences with this vet/clinic. The picture shows two of my kitties; the gray and white one is the one they "treated"—and by "treated," I mean didn’t treat. Going into any further detail literally makes me sick to my stomach with upset, and I end up sobbing just talking or typing about it. However, I feel it's important to let others know that my cat did not receive the obvious treatment he needed (and proven by lab tests showing positive results for an infection). I believe that alone speaks volumes and should raise a red flag to anyone seeking veterinary care.
Having to watch my cat suffer more and more because a vet did not provide him with the care he needed and deserved has been absolutely devastating for me. It has caused me significant emotional stress and pain—the list goes on. My cats are my world, and I would do anything for them, so the complete lack of care and lack of an antibiotic prescription after tests showed two different types of infection is appalling to me. The fact that I had to even ask for antibiotics, when that is standard treatment for infections, was highly disturbing. What is more disturbing is the response of "no" and that antibiotics weren’t needed. Lab tests and symptoms clearly showed two types of infections, and the standard treatment is antibiotics. Obviously, infections don’t just go away on their own. My mind is blown that this has even happened and that my cat continues to suffer because of this (and the actions that were not taken).
Not only that, but I was treated extremely poorly and completely dismissed when asking for antibiotic treatment for my cat, despite him testing positive for two infections. I was talked down to, degraded—the list goes on—even though it’s common knowledge that this is the standard treatment. So, I spent a copious amount of money only to have my cat not receive the treatment he needed and deserved, and to be put through significant emotional stress and pain dealing with all of this. I am already tight on budget, but that’s beside the point. To pay a copious amount of money only to receive what I’ve just described above is also extremely wrong. So now, not only do I still have a sick cat and a huge vet bill to pay despite the lack of appropriate treatment, but I am also going through a significant amount of emotional stress and pain because of this.
I wrote this long review in hopes that people would see it, be aware of the situation, and avoid the highly disturbing experience I had with this place. I hope it helps other pet owners by providing them with the knowledge of everything I’ve written about, so they can seek the care they feel is best for their pet. The sole purpose of me writing this is to help other pet owners in any way I can. To me, not writing this would be wrong, as other pet owners deserve to know these things. To the pet parents like me who care deeply for their pets, I hope this helps you decide where to seek vet care for your pet, given what I have explained. I trust you will make the right decision (which I think is crystal clear—I don’t even need to say it; it speaks for itself). Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this.

Love how caring the staff was for not only my dog but me too! I was very worried about my boy and they helped us both. He was sooo loved the entire time there. It was evident everyone truly cares about what they do! Not an easy job at all. Thank you for all yall do!!!

Jeff and I are extremely grateful to everyone we came into contact with with regards to our ginger Charlie. The care and the continuous follow ups set my mind at ease knowing that our boy was constantly on your minds wanting updates on how he was progressing. Scammy company, will quote you roughly 500 for getting a catvfixed and then charge you an extra 300 after the fact, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
What's funny is an adult male vasectomy costs just over $900 before tax... how does a cat cost $848 (keep in mind they don't tell you what you paid in tax).
Edit, seeing as how I can't reply...
I was there when we dropped simba off. The only thing we were told would be charged extra on would be if we wanted to pay $22 to have his nails clipped. You guys provided nothing that stated we would be charge more for having him neutered, or I would have told you guys to pound sand. We were EXPLICITLY TOLD that the gold package INCLUDED the price of having him neutered!

Very happy with Countrycare! I have been a customer since my dog was a pup. She is now 5 years old. I have never been disappointed with the care and assistance you have provided. Every employee makes my dog feel safe and happy. There is genuine care and healthy options have been outlined by Dr. Strickfaden. Our dog has definitely improved with the bicom treatments.
