HORRIBLE experience!!! Their technician came to repair a machine at my facility and when he (SHANE) arrived I told him what the problem was and in his own words told me "I was just a peasant and had no business diagnosing the problem" Long story short I was right and had to fix it myself in the end. I do not recommend SHANE.
