Wow! I can’t believe the owners response to some of these reviews :/ I do not personally recommend club car wash. My experience was unprofessional , shady, and I do not like the automated system they use. I believe it will cost more in repair and damages in the long run. Not only that, but they were not very clear about how to discontinue membership. Company standards are obviously lacking.

Don’t understand why they keep building these because they aren’t that great. Went there last week and the kid that I talked to I believe his name tag said Trenton so rude and when I went to vacuum my car I saw a big scratch on my car which after looking at other comments a lot of people have had the same problem won’t be back

We did the MVP wash. The very best car wash in Green Bay. The windows sparkled as did the grill and rest of car. Definitely our go to.

Car wash is not touchless. Vehicles are to close in the wash. Almost hit a few times when entering the wash and when exiting the wash. They have great vacumns but shortage of towels at times. The trial price was good deal but the regular price is to high.

1st time throughout I was handed a towel, and that was really nice. I could wipe my interior as I went through the wash. But the next 2 times, I went through the fast pass lane, and 0 towels available, disappointed to say the least. Green Bay, WI location.

Can't stop in anymore when the line is long
The Attendant flags autos from the back of 'Fast Pass' line into the 'single wash' line where it's intended for new customers or what ever reason, now 'Fast Pass' customers will always go in 'single line' and upset those waiting longer now in the correct line. ?
When they call them over to the Empty line, it goes slower for us already waiting, we now have to wait longer.
The wash only goes so fast.
Does not go any faster by calling the back autos up Past the already waiting.

1st time there, on the way home noticed the antenna was missing. I called and talked to claims and they say "you can go back and file a claim but in our policy it does not cover antennas"
