I am impressed by the service of NATE BAKER at this bank branch and leave this review. The service he provided was perfect and gave professional and enthusiastic answers to any questions I asked.he was knowledgeable and helped me navigate the app showing me things like lifestyle plan and seeing my statements regarding for my new account. he is an absolute asset to this location branch. As a result, I will return to this location for it is excellent services.

I have never had to show my driver's license with expiration date to any bank for withdrawing funds. I had brought a check in for the amount I wanted to withdraw and signed the back in front of the teller. Also, I find it unusual that my partner who has his own separate account, was asked if he had a debit card to get cash from his account. We both have accounts in good standing.

It would be beneficial for your customers to update your information showing the drive-through closed at the Libal branch! Some customers will travel out of their way for a drive-through, if they are aware of closures! Poor online service! I can see not having customers come in because of Covid, but not allowing drive-through!?

Nate Baker helped set up two nurses who recently moved here from the Philippines. He was so patient and kind with us and quickly set these nurses up with their new bank accounts. If I lived in Green Bay, I would do all of my banking with him at this Chase branch.

Drive through’s blocked off. This is not considerate to elderly, young moms with kids, covid....Urgent need of bathroom and they said NO you can’t use itChanging banks
