The manager is so rude. The price on the big sign says one thing but they charge different. When brought to her attention she was very rude and walked off. I will never spend another dime here

The customer service was wondeful! The staff there was very friendly and super efficient. They assisted me in finding the right size in several items. Really appreciated it since I was in a hurry.

Excellent service! The workers are very friendly. They help you with what you need. Everything is clean and organized. The stuff was attentive and helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for because they have everything well organized!!

Terrible service..there were 3 workers, but the fitting room was blocked off. I asked if we could use the fitting room for my daughters to try a couple things on, and she could hardly speak English. Telling me it was closed or something because of the amount of workers? There were 3. Two were behind the counter one sitting on a laptop. They were rude, and have major attitudes. So then I asked well if you aren’t letting us try stuff on do you accept returns for a refund? And she said yes, yes. We went back to the table of shorts to figure out exactly which size to get…the worker then came over to us and started asking what we were looking super rudely. We ended up just grabbing a couple sizes and paid and walked out. Well then I realize on the receipt it says NO REFUNDS!!!! Only get in store credit if I need to return something. Terrible experience and horrible employees who I’m sure were talking terribly about us in Spanish knowing we couldn’t understand them.

None of them spoke English? not to mention the arctic temperature in there. It took them at least 20 minutes to check out. I also asked to hold my clothes because I needed to get money from my mom because they refused to take my $100 even though they clearly had change, and they put my clothes back. I wish I could rate this a 0 stars or anything below 1, the heels are also painful. The dressing rooms not only were cold but they were ancient, they haven’t been cleaned in at least 3 years, in my room there was a bandaid on the wall, multiple peices of gum on the walls and doors, I didn’t even want to set my clothes on the floor. Overall TERRIBLE experience.

Sadly this place has really gone down hill. Nobody greets you when you walk in the store, and employees have a bit of an attitude. Beyond this the fitting rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in YEARS…caked with dirt, tons of dust bunnies, and a literal bandaid stuck to the wall. Yikes…

One of the employees thought I couldn't understand spanish, and she called me stupid. She tried to clean it up when I called her out. Whoever does the hiring should hire more people who understand.
