Walked into the store guy said we will be right with you walked out after 5 minutes I get he was on computer but thought customers come first we will go to a different one

The gentleman who was trying to check me in was at least giving me some good information, but as soon as I got turned to a rep, she wanted to talk about nothing except my plan pricing and refused to listen to me about what I was actively trying to talk to her about, which included phone pricing comparative to competitors, and how I'm just asking for what their willing to offer people with no loyalty to their company with. I spent 2 minutes talking to her, and I've never been more frustrated in my life with someone literally not listening to me at all, and then just walking over to scratch my name off the list. Worst customer service experience of my life in that short of a time, she doesn't belong in a customer centric position if she's not willing to listen to the customer about what they're trying to talk to her about.
-10 stars to cellcom for not offering competitive incentives to retain business in comparison to their competitors. Why would anybody pay more for their plan, AND pay $700 to $800 more for their phone compared to other companies or new customers, after you just paid them on time for 3+ years on a group plan.

Have used several other carriers, prefer their prices and customer service.

I don't know if they have changed policies or people but my interaction was not good. The phone I bought in May began having issues with voicemail in Sept. I took it in to Bellevue store, made a change that was supposed to fix it. Took it back in Oct, Was told that model phone has voicemail issues. It was sent in to repair. The "fix" was visual voicemail which didn't always work. Took it back again. They wanted to send it in again. Warrantee runs out in May. Wanted a new phone. Called customer resolution was told they would buy back the phone $250 and if I chose a phone less than $580, it would be free. Told to go in the next day, Dec 1 as specials would be better. Went back, employee very imperious, said the $580 special was over and 8 would have to pay off my phone if I wanted a new one. Left as I was very frustrated and went to W De Pere store. Employee was awesome but said I was given wrong info from customer resolution. He made two calls, added new info to my record. Apparently I was on a "special" plan that wasn't available any longer. Told me to call "Loyalty" program. Spoke to Sarah in loyalty who said if I wanted to keep my special program I could get the $250 for my phone as a trade in. I'd get nothing if I went elsewhere and would have to play off my phone if I went somewhere else. This phone has a known problem with voicemail and it was still for sale in both stores. Why did the Resolution person give me one story which Sarah said was an error and wouldn't honor it. I'm not buying the "customer first." I'm not going into a new longer contract so will keep my phone with voicemail that works sometimes and go elsewhere when it's paid off or if I find someone who will buy my contract on their special.

I went I went in with my old phone, my daughter had given me a newer one that she had bought for my grandson. The man at the counter helped me but they could not coordinate the phone from my grandson with Cell Com. I went next-door and I talked with a gal about purchasing a new phone well I am sleeping on it and I will probably be back tomorrow but everyone was so helpful that that’s where my five star rating is coming from.

I am studying abroad for four months. I went to Cellcom to buy an international SIM card as I said I would buy one so my phone would work immediately once I left the United States. They told me the SIM card would work right away once I powered it off and put it into my phone. I did everything they said and the SIM card will not work. Come to find out that there is nothing wrong with the SIM card but the vendor? I am not even sure what that means but is what I am being told. Although they continue to tell me that the SIM card works with WiFi but, a phone doesn’t require a SIM card to use WiFi… I am extremely disappointed as I am a 20 year old girl in a foreign country and am unable to call or text, look up directions, or contact anyone if anything bad happens when I am out and about. I am extremely disappointed and not to mention the international plan they offer is absurdly expensive in comparison to other cell phone providers and am starting to think I should’ve went that route…

Been with Cellcom for years and years. Amazing staff for they are so patient and talkative. Its nice to visit even if im blowing money on a phone or repairs lol. Amazing service too anywhere i go.

My Note 9 had no brightness, didn't want to get a new phone, so I spoke to Bob at the service center on Costco Way, He was able to find a new screen for my Note 9, I left my phone there and was repaired with in an hour by Technician by the name of Ed. Wow, fantastic service provided by both Bob and Ed, special call out to Bob who was very friendly and professional. Thank you both again..Brad
