“Hard working, intelligent and pay attention. That is what comes to mind when I see the personality types they hire here. They stand out there in all the awful weather and they dont scowl at your vehicle, they work hard in the elements and honestly it makes you want to leave them a tip. We have been members here for a little more than a year now and have never gotten a scratch on our vehicle from their equipment, and the membership is well worth it. There are multiple directions to exit to help keep traffic from backing up or bottlenecking, which is nice, and I don't foresee us chosing anyone else at this point.”

“PDQ Express Lube on Shawano Ave is truly the best express oil change place I've gone- not that the others were bad but this place is exceptional. They are so fast compared to anywhere else I have gone. Great service too, each time I've gone I have had different staff assist in my oil change and every employee I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. 10/10”

“Got the full Monty here. Truck trailer and washout. $180. Overall not bad. Top of trailer looks like it was missed but it’s not horrible. Long overdue in my part so I’m not complaining. Crew was very nice and easy to work with. Didn’t take long and I’m good for reload. Truck is shiny in places I didn’t think it would shine.”

“I bought gas and a car wash, but the receipt did not print out for the car wash. I informed the cashier and she quickly corrected the problem by notifying the gentleman, who was very polite and accommodating, at the car wash that I was coming through and had paid for a car wash. Car wash went very smooth. It did a good job on my jeep and I was satisfied.

“This review is for the A&W restaurant. It is rare that a fast food place earns 5 stars from me. I stopped in during a long bike ride to get a well earned burger. I got the #5 bacon burger with onion rings and a root beer. I always love the frosty mugs you are offered. Makes the root beer extra refreshing. The burger was well made and the toppings fresh. The onion rings were crisp and paired nicely with the spicy sauce. Extra points because they should have charged us extra for the spicy sauce but we had already paid so they waived the fee. Overall the location was clean and the staff was friendly to us the entire time even checking in on us. I would stop back in if in the area.”

“The place is always clean when I go there. Also, their chicken they prepare and sell here is really tasty. Lastly, while we were remodeling our bathroom we had no tub installed yet and I really needed a shower and found out that it is a truck stop and offer showers at $7.50. They will provide the towel as well. The shower room is like a big private bathroom that you can lock and have privacy. They shower rooms were clean, had a toilet, mirror, and a room heater to adjust the temperature while you are in there. I thought $7.50 was kid of alot but it was worth it”

“Best gas station with convenient store in the world!! A Baskin Robbins 31 flavors to boot!! Always immaculately clean. Great car wash also. (I don't own a car but I often ride my bike through in the summer when no one is watching. Keeps me cool and clean ?). Great friendly staff that always has a smile on their faces.I'd walk ten thousand miles for a cup of their coffee. Don't know who makes the breakfast sandwiches but they sure are delicious. Got some for my friends at work and everyone loved them.Located in Titletown near Legendary Lambeau Field.The Greater Green Bay branch of the National Unicycle Club is pleased to announce that the Shell on Lombardi has been named the meeting spot for their weekly morning meetings to be held over a cup of coffee on their outside dining table.Any questions can be referred to the morning shift manager."Changing the World One Wheel at a Time!"”

“Basic wash and clean was great. Especially after an 18 hour car ride with a anxious, shedding Shepard mix. They got the windows of all the bugs and dog nose prints inside. Vacuumed really good too, considering our new car was a typhoon of dog hair. There was still hair in our dog hammock, but with pets nothings perfect. We watched them spend extra time on our car to get everything clean. And this was end of the day 5pm on a Monday too. Saved this place for future visits to Green Bay.”

“You know, I honestly never thought I'd write a review on a gas station, but this place is just so great that I have to let others know about it. GCS has stores sprinkled all throughout the Green Bay area, and this location on University is the closest to my home. What sets this place apart from other gas stations is threefold. 1. It is locally owned. It is not just a Shell station, but a family-run company that's been in the area for a long time. 2. GCS hires a kind staff who answer questions and greet you with a smile -- a rare thing sometimes at gas stations. 3. The amenities - free air, free vaccuum, a great touchless car wash, full convenience store, as well as an A&W restaurant. It's weird to say 'I love this gas station,' but trust me, this place is doing everything right.”
