I've had nothing but good experiences with capital credit union. Melanie B has treated me great since it was pioneer and since the merger with Capital things have only gotten better with employee knowledge along with their interest rates.

I absolutely love working with Kate M. on loans at this location. She answers my questions, and when necessary gets my requests completely processed so quickly and easily. This last one was done from my initial email to documents signed in less than 24 hours. She's fantastic to work with!!

I've been banking with Capital Credit union for many many years back when it was Pioneer Credit union. I've switched to the Velp location a while back because it's a smaller location and the staff have always been very friendly and outgoing. They always welcome me and my children and a teller will always bring my kids by the suckers to pick out the ones they want while I do my banking. Top notch costumer service.

I would NEVER in a million years reccomend doing any sort of business with this branch/company. They've closed accounts without notice, have poor attitudes as to WHY they cannot give acceptable professional service.

I have been a customer for 23 years and I have never had a problem with any of employees at any of the locations until today. I went through the drive-thru at 11am today and forgot my license at home, so I used my passport as an ID. The teller processed the transaction and then after asked me if I had a drivers license. I said that I forgot it at home and she asked me, "Are you allowed to drive without that? We were wondering." So she was also gossiping about me to the other tellers. This was highly inappropriate. I would've completely understood if she was asking me a question because she needed a second ID to verify me, but this was completely out of context. I will refrain from using the Velp location.

We went to Pioneer Credit Union today to open a new checking and savings account as we just moved to the area. We were told we would have to come back or make an appointment. As an over the road truck driver I am gone for several weeks at a time and do not know when or for how long I will be home making it very difficult to schedule and appointment. I did go to Fox Communities Credit Union they were very personable and accommodating. You may want to review your policies and start accommodating the people of your community.
