Anybody who has even a small complaint about Bug Tussel needs to spend some time paying CenturyLink or StarLink. Seriously. Here in Iron County, Bug Tussel provides me EXCELLENT and consistent wireless service at a very fair price. And they consistently have timely, polite, and reponsiver customer service--indeed, among the best customer service of any company I deal with anywhere. My honest review is that, in 2023, it's a true pleasure to deal with Bug Tussel.

Internet is good when it works but was down often. They claimed maintenance issues. How bout doing maintenance at 1am like the other companies?Customer service was poor overall. Snotty reps (not all, the gentleman I spoke with a couple times recently when I was canceling my service was very nice to work with), and rarely a call back when I had complaints or concerns.Recently, Bug Tussle and Spectrum both ran fiber optic lines past my home. Bug Tussle wanted over 700$ to install the feed to my home (and for equipment), Spectrum did it for 59$! Bug Tussle simply wouldn’t budge at all. I spoke with sales representatives three times and they said they would get back to me and never did (don’t care for that at all. Look up the word integrity please). To top it all off…..when it came time to return equipment, they called and said a person would show up and take the dish down. I told them I would prefer a call ahead of time so I could be there so I could see how they were going to climb on my house and remove it ( in case they would use a ladder or something that may damage my roof or siding). Do you suppose I received the phone call? Nope! Just showed up like two or three weeks later and took it down. Some dude with a Bug Tussle sticker on the side of a van. No notice or paper work or anything.Very unprofessional overall. This company has been surviving because internet has been unavailable in rural areas until recently but with the Federal money helping companies lay fiber optic lines, the competition from other reputable companies will be a big problem for these guys unless they get their act together. If you have an option for service from another provider, I would strongly advise trying that option first.

Absolute joke. They take all this Federal money to own these internet cables going across rural areas and they think they're going to charge you $70 a month for a basic plan with almost no data. They will violate your private property rights leave rocks on your front yard they'll slip little flyers in your door and damage the weather stripping on your door and leave their dirty handprints up and down your white door. I would like to meet whoever is running this company in person so I can show them how to act like a person.

Although I do wish they had a process for notifying their customers of an outage, I'm pretty impressed with BT. We could only get HughesNet at our last place in the country and was TERRIBLE. Being in the middle of nowhere, we anticipated some hiccups in service, but overall, I'm able to successfully work from home. Tammy there has worked with us to solve any issues that we had.Because of our location, we have recommended BT to our neighbors. Installation was a little interesting, but once installed, it was smooth sailing and works for our simple needs of a couple TVs, 2 phones, and a laptop for work.Overall, minimal outages and the cost have kept us as customers and as long as prices stay low, we'll continue to stay as customers.

If your internet goes down and it isn't within their customer service hours, you're SOL. They do not not call you back if you leave voicemails. They need to hire a communications/PR team to update the public on outages. If you call they don't have automated messages with updates, nor do they post them on their Facebook page.

To be clear, I do not have any of the services they provide, but I feel that, when driving in a vehicle that promotes a business, attempting to cut someone off in a merge and honking at them is not a positive endorsement.

Placed device incorrectly in our lawn last Fall, large deep holes left in our lawn and still waiting to have the situation corrected. We are not customers of BT. Extremely difficult to contact and speak to a representative from BT to have repairs completed or messages are left with no follow up from BT.

Ever since two years ago when the dish fell down because your serviceman refused to pound the pole into the ground it fell and now after going up the max package the wifi speeds are worse than they were before the pole fell (I was on the lowest package). In spead test it rarely ever gets to the point that they advertise. The spead is so unreliable much that the download spead has been less than 3 mpbs.

only problem I had with Bug Tussel was with billing. Every 6 months for some reason they claim they didn't receive my payment, although they were sent 1-2 weeks in advance. I then had to pay a late fee. Payment was even dropped off at the local post office near the billing address just to see if it made a difference, it did not. when they changed to online payment I choose to discontinue the service with Bug Tussel.

We have used Bug Tussel internet for several years. When we got on board it worked great. It was the best choice for us at the time. Their customer service has been good. The installers also did a great job. But we have noticed increasing outages and issues with buffering over the past two years, especially on weekends. We suspect it may be due to their tower near Wisconsin Dells being full for over a year now, with no changes in sight. Not sure how much longer we will keep it if this does not change.

I used to have a Satellite internet where we lived for 15 years. It was awful, and I had so much trouble. We switched to Bug Tussell, and I couldn't be happier. Internet speed is excellent, and customer service is fantastic. I share my experience with all my neighbors. Big Tussell rocks! Keep up the superb work!

We recently switched from HughesNet and we are very happy we made the move! We receive our service from the Menchalville, WI tower which apparently has older electronics. Looking forward to when we could get faster speed service! (hint, hint....)

I've had three other internet providers and none compare to Bug Tussel. Bug Tussel is reliable, faster, and lower cost than any of the others. I couldn't be more pleased!
