In person experience was good. Very friendly people. Salesperson was knowledgeable. Sales process was fairly smooth. However when I try to contact the salesperson by phone or email, it takes several days for a response. I was satisfied with my in person experience but I am frustrated with my experience by email or phone. It is very difficult to get in touch with the salesperson even though he said if I had any questions I could contact him and he would help me.

Just bought a Volkswagon Tiguan R line black on black. It’s stylish and it has great gas mileage. Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service.
Caleb Stout was a very professional salesman and made everything really simple for a first time purchaser. He walked me through some of the cool features on the car which was awesome!

Bought a 2024 Atlas. One of the easiest transactions I’ve ever done with a dealership.Caleb Stout is a genuine young man and a professional. Justin did the final paperwork transaction. These people are transparent. The dealership is modern and efficient. I never owned a Volkswagen before, and I am totally sold on the technology, engineering and more. In fact, our son just bought his first vehicle from them as well under six months later! Of course, from Caleb and the crew!

My husband and I found a VW, went to Bergstrom, met with a salesman, testdrove it, and decided we wanted to purchase it. The price on the tag in the window, online, and in the email sent to us by the salesman was within our budget. The vehicle was perfect, so we made an appointment to meet with the salesman and complete the purchase process. Once we were there, it was explained that the advertised price was not offered if we financed at the lower rate offered only at 5.99%. The vehicle was $2,000 more (+taxes and fees) if we financed at the lower rate/shorter term. I asked if I got a lower rate through my credit union if the vehicle would be sold to us at the lower price, and YES, but I was told I would never get that rate at my bank! The dealership wouldn't budge on the price of the vehicle. I felt like I got the old "bait and switch", so we walked out without completing the sale! A terrible experience for sure!

I highly recommend the customer service at Bergstrom VW of Green Bay. They made everything super easy for us when we purchased our new vehicle. While I was doing the paperwork my salesperson hung out with our two kids (ages 10 and 8). He offered them hot chocolate, gave them a tour of the dealership and service department, and helped them pick out some new fun VW swag. Our kids said multiple times on the ride home how nice Mr. Caleb was.
I look forward to the service appointment when my vehicle is due for maintenance. Thank you for a great experience VW team in Green Bay.

I purchased a vehicle for 7000.00 up front after a month of driving it I’m being told it needs a new engine for more then I paid for it do not trust buying their used cars they will scam you and sell you a lemon.

Excellent customer support, no pressure just great information and listening to our needs. Great service. Spent lots of time explaining the differences in each level of the Taos, and which best matched our needs for the best deal. Definitely not pressured to buy - but with 0% option for financing could not pass up. Thanks, Kelli - we are very happy with our new car!

This experience in buying a car for my first time ever having to deal a dealership has been absolutely awful.
At first it started out okay and they generously provided me with a loaner for the week.
When I called the day before I was suppose to pick up my vehicle it was pushed back another day.
I had my appointment and I showed up 10 minutes prior.
I waited for nearly 40 minutes without updates. I was informed it was going to be a quick and easy appointment.. I left 2.5 hours later.
They wanted me to drive the new car out of the show room. I asked the salesman if he would do it for me and he replied with "these people have been waiting forever for me.
I took the vehicle home and was full of flaws on the exterior.
I took it back and showed the salesman that provided very sassy customer service. I so quickly became a huge inconvenience to him and his day.
Once they had the money on their side of the desk-- customer service out the window.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Truly. High unsatisfied.
Called two days ago and still haven't gotten a call back. Tried calling to speak to the person that did my final paperwork and doesn't have a voicemail set up and doesn't answer the phone.
You're just a number here and they clearly aren't looking for repeat customers."

New VW atlas sport first oil change free but tire rotation you have to pay for talk about tite. I buy a new car almost every year. 52000 dollar car probly not going back there!

I had the best experience buying my first new vehicle from Bergstrom VW in Green Bay. Kelli sat in the different models and explained all the bells and whistles, handed us her card, and then let us continue looking. We drove to one more dealership after and then turned right back around to Bergstrom to start the process.
Kelli Konecny made the whole entire experience smooth and stress free for me. I never felt pressured about anything, and she was so knowledgeable about the vehicles. She even grabbed a big bow to throw on my 2024 Taos ? Justin Hallock, the finance manager, helped us get the paperwork and financing situated, and made that part very laid back and easy as well. Both employees are truly great assets to the VW team. Mark Babiarz, the sales manager, stopped to talk to us just before we left, and I thought that was wonderful too.
We came from 2 hours away to look at vehicles and eventually make this purchase. We do not have a local VW dealer, so it was a big deal. Thank you all for your top notch service!

I searched the entire Milwaukee area, Madison area, and even northern Illinois to find a 2024 Volkswagen white Jetta SEL and no one had one except Bergstrom VW in Green Bay. I contacted Kelli my sales representative and we worked out a fabulous lease on the car, and within 10 days After taking a trip, I came back, made it up to Green Bay from Milwaukee and completed a simple quick and easy finance with Justin, and we were able to complete the deal. I would highly recommend looking at Bergstrom Volkswagen if you’re in the market for a dealership that was first class, no hassle,, no pressure,, and answered every question I had, then Kelli took me through all the whistles and bells of my car, It was totally worth it !,,

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and the service team kept me posted on what they found and the cost of the diagnostic and repair.
