So I was there today getting an oil change for my new 22 Passat. They charge $5 for disposing of the rags needed for the oil change. This is ridiculous. $140 for an oil change, tire rotation, tax and an extra $5 for the rags. I said something and they said everyone does it? When I go to the other places it's a lot less. They ignored my complaint. They are being sold to Bergstrom. Don't know if that's any better. I'm going to have to look at a Toyota.

I worked with Joe Rose to lease my new 2022 equniox. Joe was very helpful and efficient in helping me order the car I wanted. this is my 3rd equniox and the 2 nd one i got with Joes help. The first one I bought in 2011 and that one is still working great with no problems.
