The cashier was extremely rude! We had never been to this location, only one down the road. The cashier decided to argue with my 11 year old about the ice cream served at the other location. When he said it was nice to have this one so close to home instead of having to drive to the other location, she proceeded to tell him the other location hadn't served ice cream for over a year - we were just ther 2 days ago and got some! She then proceeded to yell at him because he didn't go to the right place to pick up his ice cream. He was trying to get out of the way so other patrons could order. I told her we had never been there and he didn't know what to do, and she could show a little patience. She just looked at me and responded "whatever". Well then, we'll just go to the other location that "doesn't serve ice cream anymore", at least they're nice!

Clean and friendly store to stop for gas and grocery. Very advanced car wash on reasonable price. Best icecream in the town too.

Pulled in, put in park, popped the door, put on a latex glove, unscrewed the cap, slid my card, filled it up! Too windy, dark, and chilly to wash windows. BP on K and Hwy 57 north of Sturgeon Bay always has some of the best gas prices, nice convenience store, clean restrooms, and a Subway in the building. Well lit.

I have been a loyal customer of this BP since it opened. As of Aug 1, there is a state wide mask mandate for the COVID 19 pandemic. None of the employees inside the store were wearing a mask. Over 80% of the Customer were not wearing a mask.This means they are cleaning and handling items within the store without even the basic protection. Please beware and be careful out there.Since this store does not care about my health and safety, then I will no longer be a patron.

The owner and employees do not wear masks. When the owner was asked about it he was arrogant and rude. Never shopping here again or any other BP in the area because the employees say he owns a bunch of them around the area.

I have a dear friend who is wheelchair-bound and a resident of the assisted living center nearby.Thursday I was taking her to a doctor appointment and we thought an ice cream cone would be nice. We have stopped at this BP station many times. I went in wearing a mask and noticed that many of their customers were unmasked as were two of the three employees I saw.The lady who was waiting on me was very polite and when I asked her to wear a mask to serve the calls she replied that she would not do that but would call someone else to serve the cones.She sent out a slender, gray haired gentleman who was also not wearing a mask. I asked him to please wear a mask when he was serving the cones. He tersely replied that he would not do that and asked if I wanted a refund. I said of course. He was not happy.I expected someone to wear a mask when preparing food of any kind especially after one employee offered to get someone else. I did not expect to be treated so rudely by someone who might just be having a bad day. I will never go there again.
