Don't waste your money on the car wash. Called and told I was to far to one side. Screwed up the calibration.

The pumping areas could use some cleaning. New paint would be nice on the chipped parts. I never realized it was this bad. I'll probably start going to another BP.

MOST HORRENDOUS SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! On September 7 2022 I tried to use my Rewards points at the BP AT 2002 Velp Ave in Green Bay Wi.and the Outside pump Read “ HH5 Unavailable “. I decided to try using my Rewards points by going inside to pay for my gas and the Attendant was horribly rude right off the Start!! He just said~ YOU PAY ME-YOU PAY ME $60. I began to explain my problem and he started berating me in front of 4 other people. I had held back my comments until I couldn’t take it no more!! What a JERK!!! Never go there if you want to use any Rewards Points or just Never go there if you have any other choices!!

Don’t trust the online prices. We went there and it was ten cents different then posted. Asked them to update it and clerk said she can’t. I asked her to tell her manager but her ok sounded like good luck with that.

The cashier was EXTREMELY rude. My chip on my card wasn't working and she yelled at me saying I needed to make it work. I will NEVER buy from here again, same with the group of people I was traveling with (side note I was the only person inside buying anything)

Used this car wash with the monthly subscription for the last 3 winters and had no issues. This year after 3 months of using it the owner canceled my subscription. No heads up, call, text, or even email. I went in and he said since I cancel after every winter. I'm no longer welcome to use it... It's a monthly subscription....makes zero sense but grand central station has more locations and they are ACTUALLY a monthly car wash subscription.

My favorite gas station in town. Always has the lowest prices by a longshot. So highly appreciated. Keep up the great management.
