My daughter and I were excited to try out this shop, but when we got there, it was closed even though it was during their normal business hours

Limited selection. Mainly really old, super worn romance paperbacks. Was charged $10 each for three Stephen King books that I could have bought new for less. Inside covers were marked $3, which is reasonable for used books. I only bought them because I felt d*** telling them no at the check out. When I said something via email I was told there were signs posted all over the store with their pricing. The signs say 50% off list price on book unless books are marked otherwise. So the $3 tags on the inside of the books I bought didn’t count I guess?Terrible selection, overpriced and misleading pricing. Won’t be back.

It's mainly fiction books, they have a small history section, and non fiction section. I like how it's organized making it easy to read the name of the book. Local author section and the price is great. I just wish they had more non fiction but that's personal taste.

I stopped by this store to look for some kids books with my son. We walked in and I said hello to the lady behind the counter who didn't lift her head. I asked if they had some comic books and she was not very pleasant when she told me that comic books are sold in comic book stores. So I asked for Manga and she said to go to the back room and look. I have to say she was very unpleasant. Books should make people happy. The prices of books are not worth the stop over. Would not recommend this store.

They are under new management as of about a year ago. The kids' section is fully redone, large, organized and priced very competitively. They had a clearance basket of books for less than a dollar a book! The process of selling and redeeming store credit is different from other book stores in the area, which from speaking with the new owner sounds like they might give 15% of retail price in credit, but you can only redeem it on used books (not new) up to half the value of the book. I prefer ordering books online ahead of time, but if you email the store they respond in less than a day on your options.I think the kids' books I'd occasionally shop for but the other book genres I shop for I'd choose another book store due to how the in-store credit system works. I will try selling books and if the process as anything note-worthy I'll update my review.

This was my first trip to book stop not knowing what I would be walking into. Very good selection of books. The seller is very kind and helpful, prices are more than reasonable too. I will definitely be back.

The price of the book was higher than listed elsewhere, plus then there was another $1.00 charge which was bogus. Another problem is that on the Internet, there are differing times as to when the store opens and closes. All in all not a good experience.

Place had lots of books, but mostly paperback books. If your in the market for romance novels, this is a gold mine! Friendly staff.

Great selection of fiction novels. Sold a bunch of books for store credit, and got a lot more than I thought. If you are an avid reader (like my wife) then you need to check this place out.

I'm not going to say it's a bad book store cuz I don't really think such a thing exists. I'm more of a book collector than someone who's looking for a quick copy of paperback literature. 90% of the store consists of romance paperbacks. It was kind of really hard to navigate the store and find aisles that weren't primarily romance novels. There are almost zero hardbacks here... Which was sad for me. The people seemed nice.

I like finding new and used books that I haven't read in awhile or discovered yet! If you like reading, check this place out its on the west side of green bay across from the Green Bay Plaza down the ways from chili John's.
