Worst service ever. If you need something don’t count on getting it done in a timely manor. Employees? What employees? One banker who only deals w you if you have money and the teller is rude. What a joke of a “bank”.

They were professional and courteous. I felt like they treated me as a special vip. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. Quite a change from other banks in the area. I'd recommend everyone change banks and go here. You won't regret it.

I've been banking with BMO Harris for over 10 years. This branch at the corner of West Mason and Packerland has been my main branch. Everyone I've dealt with has been very helpful and friendly. When I send an email and ask them to remove a fee or how to avoid a fee, they always go out of their way to help me. I did a wire transfer downtown and they contacted me the next day when they found out there was an issue the evening before. I've had accounts at several other banks and I definitely think BMO is the best in Green Bay!

Poor service-Asked for identification, gave drivers license, insurance card Social security card- Teller read insurance card as being expired instead of effective date. Apparently can't read. Very slow and incompetent.

Extremely upsetting experience. Feel underappreciated as a customer. When your mistakes mess with people's deposits and accounts, that can mess with their lives. AND there is nothing that can be done except to wait for research to be done on the account. The research will be done and ultimately the mistake fixed, but nothing can be done "your hands are tied" to make up for this mistake.

No a member...won’t become one. They charge you to cash a check drawn from an account held by them...HOW D**** They will only cash a check from a BMO account only if approved by a manager...and they will charge you to cash it!!! What a scam!

West Mason Street BMO in Green Bay always has friendly and helpful staff. My daughter had some banking to do and was anxious about handling a large transactions by herself but the staff at this BMO went out of their way to be helpful and make her feel confident. I do much of my banking online, but love having this bank with the small town feel and helpful employees for when I need to do in-person transactions.

Showed up to the drive thru window yesterday around 5 pm and watched a male employee on his phone and waited a couple mins for him to put his phone down and come over and help us. It’s my little sisters bank mind you. But she asked if she could put money order on her account and his reply was cocky and ignorant. Another lady pulled up and I heard him greet her happily and another lady randomly appeared and helped her. Customer service sucks when your brown! Told my sister to go to Bay Bank and take her money else where. Only annoyed because we were in a hurry and I had to watch him check his phone and wait to be helped.

Took them over 30 minutes to close a checking account. They weren't very busy and the personal banker helping me walked out of the office and began helping customers who arrived after me and answering phone calls. And they wonder why I started closing my accounts haha
