It's painfully bad!! Today I sat in the drive thru and no one would come help me. You get charged atm fees anywhere you go. If you have a joint account they treat the account as if it's individual accounts. This bank is not recommended!!

I paid off my Home Equity line of credit 3 months ago at BMO Harris and even after constant calling and walking into multiple branches they keep on charging me interest first they say I over paid them so they mail me a check and then they say I owe them money I deposited that same check back in there and now they say the check is returned due to account being closed and charge me fees when the check is drawn off BMO Harris. I am so frustrated and have spend so much energy and time trying to resolve the issue. Worst customer experience I have ever had

Worst bank that I ever dealt with. My advice is to look for a good bank!!! Customer service I think that you may want to go to a Dictionary and see the meaning because what you do is not custom service.

Customer service is the worst. They were snotty and kept telling me that they wouldn't do anything to help me. They accused me of fraud and I followed their directions. Now they have the only money I have to feed two households. But they get to eat tonight

Angie was amazing and displayed above and beyond customer service. My initial request couldn’t be completed, but in the same trip to the bank, she came up with a solution that saved me a lot of time. Angie is top tier.
