When a person spends time talking to a bank member about overdraft protection. And still gets the same results. Its time to close my account and find a bank that looks out for its customers...sick and tired of being screwed by BMO

Terrible bank, I lost my debit card over a month ago and they still haven't manged to get me a working replacement. If you go into the bank for help they just tell you to call the customer service line where you will wait forever and no one will help you either. I am closing my account and I suggest not opening one here if having a working debit card is important to you.

It was a great bank when it was M & I bank. It's still good, but the current ownership ask way too many questions
