Brought a car stereo in to return/ exchange only to find out I didn't purchase the protection plan so I was only left one option. Make an appointment to have it sent to Sony for path forward. So I purchased a new Kenwood and thought that was my path forward. After waiting my turn for a while at geek squad, he asked what it was doing. He must have felt my pain and took care of everything! Great guy and very helpful. Problem solved, very happy I went to talk to them..

They showed that they had the TV I wanted in stock. When I got there, they didn't have it, said I could get it in a week. We got a different TV. That happens a lot there. Their website said that it is stock but when you get there, it is not in stock.

Customer service is horrible! We purchased something at the store and it is missing a piece. I called in only to find out you can no longer call the store! After being transferred for almost 2 hours I was told my option was to drive back to the store which is 3 hours away! They told me I would be better off to order things from Best Buy online as the only customer service line they have deals with online orders! How crazy is this! So word of advice don’t buy stuff from inside the store only order online if you purchase anything from there! I will never shop there again!

Bought a Lenovo laptop. In 2 years the motherboard and hard drive were fried. Apparently, it happens a lot with that brand due to bad ventilation design. Don't buy that one!

I ordered an item online before the store opened and paid to have it shipped over to my house, they somehow forgot about it until I stopped by to pick it up myself an hour or so before closing, only to then be told that the item was on the truck at that instant, that is the moment I asked for refund on shipping. What struck me is that the manager rambled off on basic knowledge instead of apologizing, which was clearly for the purpose of stalling while they grabbed the item from the back and handed it off to the drivers so that they could make it to my house before me, sadly, I was right behind them the whole time. I even thanked them as they placed it on my porch. I couldn't help but to laugh at that impressive little deceptive tactic, I guess they really wanted to keep the $6. Either way, I love Best Buy, but this one has room for improvement, albeit they're strung out already. Maybe best buy should consider opening another store on the East side...
