I've purchased cars from different dealerships in different states and this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a Cadillac. They give you upfront numbers. They do not try and hassle you or try to give you low ball offers for your trade-in. The whole process went by quick, unlike other dealerships were you might spend half the day waiting. You deal with the same Sales Person through the entire process from the test driving to signing for your new vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying your next vehicle from Bergstrom Cadillac of Green Bay. Be sure to ask for Andy Reitz. He sold me my Cadillac and made the experience a positive one.

I had a mishap with my car just outside of Green Bay. I requested my car be taken to Bergstrom Cadillac. Leilani, the Service Manager provided me with great service, great communication and accurate information and prices about the car repair. She even arranged for them to bring my car back to my home after a few days at the dealership! I cannot say enough good about this service and past service I have had at Bergstrom Cadillac. I so appreciate the high level of professionalism, courtesy, care and exceptional service given to me. Leilani is just the best! It made everything so much easier. A special thanks to all of you for your assistance. BTW, your dealership is immaculate and beautiful! Love having a professional greet you at the door! Because of this exceptional service, I plan to do business with Bergstrom in the future. If I could give more than five stars, I would. THANK YOU!!!

If I could give them less I would. Horrible customer service the only person there that's worth a damn is maggie. I came Monday to see a car they said it wasn't ready they would call me which they did not so I called them Friday. they say ya its been ready so I asked to come in see it Saturday morning and wait in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting for will whom I talked to on the phone but guess what he was selling the car I wanted this place is not worth your time or money just go somewhere else.

I got in an accident on March 10, 2023. My car was not driveable and it was towed to Bergstrom.All the parts needed to repair the car were ordered and in stock on or before May 1. I was told that repairs would be started on May 30 and the work would take nine to ten business days. I waited two weeks after May 30th to call and ask the status of my car and was told work would be started the next week.It was not.Approximately three weeks later I was informed that work was finally begun on the suspension.I requested updates via email and here are the last four updates:Jun 27, ******************************************** speaking with (manager), all service work has been completed and it should be back in the shop here tomorrow, he said. Best case scenario would be a completion date of late next week. I will have another update for you on Thursday though as well. Thank you.Jun 29, 2023 Hi ** *** much of an update from Tuesday, progress is being made so I will have another update (and hopefully a completion date) on Wednesday next week, I won't be in the office on Tuesday due to the Holiday. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Thanks.Jul 6, 2023 Hi ** Your car will go into repair production next week Monday the 10th.Jul 11, 2023 Hi **We are still on track for getting your Forester into production, technician will be pulling it in this afternoon; he is just finishing up another vehicle. We will give you another update on Thursday, I will be out of the office that day, but one of my colleagues will be in touch with a progress report. Thank you, Here we are, four months later and counting and my car is still not finished. I have been lied to multiple times and I am fed up. At this point I dont know what else I can do.

Green Bay Bergstrom has taken 4 MONTHS to do mild repair that a drunk driver did to our car in November 2022.We were told we had to wait 3 months to get an INTERNAL part needed on a STOCK Mazda 3, and now have been waiting over THREE WEEKS to paint an EXTERNAL body piece.Better yet, no one seems to actually know which of their three locations our car is a at; comically, every location has told me that our car is at one of the other two locations.The Manager at Mazda Bergstrom told me that it isnt their fault; in person he told me it was across town, over the phone I'm told our car is at Bergstrom Cadillac and that its your fault, not his shops.Get your act together. I'm embarassed for your whole organisation.

Enjoyed my experience of purchasing my new 2022 Buick Encore GX Preferred-AWD from Bergstrom Cadillac GMC of Green Bay. My buying experience could not have gone better. Kevin Rondou (Bergstrom Sales Advisor) was most thorough in explaining the Encore GX and every aspect of the financial details of the purchase. Every question was answered, so that I completely understood the financial transaction. After test driving the Encore GX and Kevin's expert guidance, regarding the Encore GX, and the financial details of the purchase, I was 100% confident that I was making the right decision on purchasing the Encore GX. Thanks to Kevin, I now own the new automobile that I had been reviewing on-line for weeks. I own a car that I can afford, that is roomier than I expected, having more 'get-up-and-go' than I expected, with a level of comfortability and quality that I expect from a Buick (owning a Buick Verano, prior to purchasing the Encore GX). Thank you, Kevin, for all of your help and guidance, in order to purchase the auto that I wanted.
