I get a CPAP machine from them. They are super easy to work with. Always send me my supplies promptly. Great on the phone. Call me if there are problems. Etc... great customer service.Brandon was especially helpful!!! Really knows his stuff. Great job!

paid them for CPAP machine. They didn't send a bill for months and then sent it to collections. Paid the entire balance off and then get a letter from collections wanting more money. Clearly trying to scam for more money even though we paid 3 times what the machine would have cost without insurance already. I guess that's on me for thinking this was a legitimate business.

Beware of making any kind of payment arrangements with Bellin. I had past due balance for my medical equipment and I made an arrangement on 12/27/22 for them to take $50.00 per month out of my account until the balance was paid off. On 01/15/23 Bellin took the full balance that was owed out of my account and I let it go because then the balance was paid in full. Now on 02/15/23 they took out the full balance again and I had a balance of $0 owed. Now 3 weeks later I am still fighting to get my money back.

These people are absolutely AWFUL! if you have sleep issues, I highly do not recommend Bellin Sleep doctors or Bellin Home Care for your sleep equipment. They want your money and could care less about your sleep. I expressed my concerns with the CPAP rep about having issues sleeping with the equipment and it was like talking to a wall. They just kept pressing to use the equipment and were not listening to my concerns. Then when I finally said this wasn't working, The only option i was presented with was returning the equipment and signing a release saying I was refusing treatment. At that point I was told since it had been less then 1mo I would not receive a bill for the rented equipment. 2mo later I now have a bill for the equipment for $172 and when I called I was told by Carol "You get a bill no matter what". I again expressed my frustrations that no one seems to want to actually help me. Carol could have cared less. She simply replied "ok have a nice day" and hung up. HORRRIBLE!!!

I called to ask about switching to them for CPAP supplies and they need so much more info than should be required. All i want is to use a local company to get the supplies i have been getting for years. Why do they need me to see their dr, get them my entire sleep study information including an interpretation of my results, as well as a bunch of notes from my provider? Why cant i just have a prescription to order supplies and be done with it? As all the other reviewers have mentioned, this place just seems like they do not want your business.

Went here compression stockings. The front office clerk (she was a larger-sized young woman) was extremely rude when I told her I was sent there by Bellin to pick up some compression stockings and that they had sent over a prescription. Instead of kindly saying the prescription hadn't come through yet and I would need to set up an appointment, she started complaining about Bellin and angrily let me know that I couldn't just walk in here and expect it to be ready. Yikes! You need to give your front desk clerk some lessons in customer service, because I then assumed the rest of your staff had the same attitude, so I left and went to Streu's Pharmacy. They are much nicer there.

I've been using Bel-Regional for the past several years for my home medical equipment. Most recently, the customer service from this place has gone extremely down. Like if you don't like your job. There plenty of employment opportunities in this world. Spoke to a woman on the phone to place an order, wasn't allowed to ask a questions, was call your insurance and hung up on me. Smh

10 days ago I stopped in to place an order for CPAP supplies. At the time they were unable to provide what was needed. The lady at the counter said she would talk to the case worker and have my supplies mailed to me. I called today to enquire on the status of my order. After being placed on hold due to another employee needing to speak to them( over hear are you on the phone prior to being placed on hold) I verified my identity and she began to look into my order. I was again placed on hold. She returned to claim she would need to check with insurance on the status of my order as it takes 5-10 days.(This is day 10) and would call me back. I received a call back roughly 20 minutes later and at 1st was told she could provide the supplies today and then went on again asking about what insurance I had. I explained I had provided the card on my initial visit 10 days ago. She stated " I lied I may not be able to provide you your supplies today and possibly not until Wednesday as she needed to verify insurance again. At this point I had heard enough and explained if they couldn't be provided today, there would be no reason in proceeding as they were needed and I would use an alternative method. It is now 3 hrs later and I haven't heard back from them and the business will soon be closing. Based on my experience, ther 2.9 overall rating from others. I would strongly advise against doing business here.

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea disorder and contacted Bellin Home Care Equipment. I was told that i was in the Moderate category and because of the "CHIP" shortage I could be waiting up to a year and they had none in stock. I called about 12 online companies who had hundreds in stock and almost everyone of the online places told me that private home medical equipment services lie frequently. I back doored BHCE and found out they do have CPAP machines available but I don't fit the BAD criteria for a machine. I tried to have my doctor send over an Urgency request and she stated that DME (BHCE) prioritizes who gets a CPAP. I will be taking the several days worth of info and turning over to "FOX 11 you ask we investigate". I am sick and tired of the poor treatment given by our medical facilities and there co-partners. There is no excuse for any of this. Its time to stop blaming everything on the supply chain/chips and Covid.

Brandon is the person I deal with at Bellin Home Health. He is AWESOME!! I have never had an issue at this place. All very professional and courteous. Brandon goes above and beyond. Whatever he is making now he deserves a raise!!!

Called to see if they carried masks for my CPAP machine. Person on the phone insisted that the masks are prescription only, and illegal to sell without a prescription. You can literally order them on Amazon, but yeah, prescription only. Now I have to wait an extra day to get it from Amazon.

I called and spoke with Carol. As an individual that works inside of this industry, this was absolutely atrocious care. I was informed that this company “cannot sale CPAP supplies to anyone privately when you have insurance available, because it’s not allowed by insurance.” That is a blatant lie and an easy way to not help an individual in need. Seriously completely shocked.I am passing through town on vacation and hopefully if you need assistance, you’ll find a better option.
