We have been going to Bay East for over 30 years. Emily isn’t the most “easy going” cat and Dr. Reidi is extremely patient with Emily. They are very thorough and friendly.

Bay East take care of all my pets. They are so caring and understanding. They care about your animals and their needs. Especially when the time comes to say goodbye to your baby. They took the time to help me through and extremely difficult time for me. I would highly recommend.

My animals have been patients at Bay East Animal Hospital for over 25 years. The staff has always been very helpful and caring. With all of the animals they see, they still remember by dogs from the past. The place is always very clean. I highly recommend this facility to others.

Was totally disgusted with this place after 20 plus years of bringing our dogs here. We woke up after a restless night with our dog Vito who had an obvious ear infection as his ears were inflamed, hot, and he had been shaking his head all night long. I called Bay East right away thinking a technician could quickly peek at his ears and get him on some antibiotics, understanding they are busy, I was simply asking for a quick 3 minute in and out to give our dog some relief. I was shocked when the receptionist, who stated they were completely booked and had no space for him until the following Tuesday, 5 days from then. I simply asked her what I could do to get him seen. I was put on a long hold only to be told to come in the afternoon after 2 pm and would then be charged for an EMERGENCY vet visit. I politely told her we would be going elsewhere. I am thrilled to have found a new veterinary clinic here in Green Bay that is not only less EXPENSIVE, but open to emergencies when they occur. We have always loved seeing Dr. Eastman, unfortunately the clinic itself needs a MAKEOVER. I do wonder if there is a bit of discrimination since Vito is a pit bull (the friendliest) dog ever. I say this due to his reluctance of having his nails trimmed due to past trauma as a puppy. We were told the last time by the Dr. after 3 technicians were unable to finish his nail trim that he would need to be put under or heavily drugged for them to attempt his nail trim again. Ridiculous, these are professionals, we now trim his nails at home, yes a bit challenging but can be done, and we are no professionals. So Done!!!! Ursula T.

Bay East has been amazing to me and my dogs for many years. They are knowledgeable, full of compassion, and always include you in the best decisions for your individual pet. Knowing that NO case is ever the same.
They have held my hand, talked me off a ledge, never made me feel crazy, and even spoke frank with me when I requested it. You can’t beat a place that will laugh and cry with you all at the same time.
Not only do they care about your pets, but, they care about you too. From the front to the back, I promise you will feel like you received quality care for your pet. And, if you don’t, I know they will do what they can (within reason) to make it right.

Have trusted Dr Riede for many years for the care of my amazing dogs. She is competent, thorough , compassionate (to pets and their owners), I trust her with my beloved companions and always a comfort and joy to see her!

They have always been here for me and my fur buddies. The entire staff is kind, gentle and always respectful! Most recently I spoke on the phone with one of the doctors about a dog I do not even have yet. She was great, made a contact with UW Vet Care and they called me that same afternoon and set up a much needed appointment. Once again, they are the best, always! They are my go to place always. Thank you Bay East Animal Hospital!!
