“We came into work today with a bad battery back up. We went to work with our virtual IT to troubleshoot the problem. Once identified, we needed to find a battery. With no luck at several of our local stores, we enlisted the help of Batteries Plus. Nick went out of his way to help me. We are a non-profit, located an hour away. He set up an account for us over the phone, accepted payment and allowed one of our volunteer drivers to pick up the battery for us. Five stars for sure. Thanks Batteries Plus!”

They had a technician who could do the work the same day I came in. This was important as I had a 60 mile trip to arrive in Green Bay. I didn't want to make a second trip to pick up the iPad. “I came in very, very pregnant and asked if the PB rust blaster spray would work fast enough for me to change my flat tire which was rusted on terribly. Michael was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, coming out to my car, loosening the bolts and knocking the rusted tire loose.
