My phone needed a new battery and I went to the store and they had the battery required for my handset. They installed it for me as my hands are not capable of doing this. The gentleman who helped us with the battery was very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you need a battery , especially if you can’t find it elsewhere stop by the store, chances are they will have it.

My iPad would only stayed charged for one hour. This was very frustrating. Batteries Plus replaced my battery in one day for under $100. Now my iPad stays charged for up to two days! Saved me a lot of money by not having to buy a new iPad!

What a positive experience at your location. The store is very clean and organized, Your employees are very professional and helpful. Markel ( I think ) you really have an asset there. Great young man, I realized immediately that he had a extremely high level of " Customer Service " knowledge. he truly cared about my problem and made a genuine effort to resolve it. Went to Batteries Plus for a replacement key fob (2010 Jeep Wrangler). They were $100 cheaper than the Jeep dealer and the whole process took less than 20 minutes.

I needed a battery for an old cordless phone, found it on their website and they had it in stock plus got a discount for using the site to order it. They had it ready in a few hours. Can't get any better than that. The person was courteous and got me on my way quickly. I would recommend them for finding any battery or bulbs you might need.

Website was very easy to use. I went on-line Friday, was able to select from a range of installation times, and set an appointment for Monday. The entire installation took 10 minutes and I felt very confident with the service provided and the battery selected. Great job!

I always like going to Batteries Plus because you can usually depend on them to have “out of the ordinary” items. Today I went in looking for a replacement battery for an iRobot Roomba. The sales associate looked for it on his computer and was surprised to find there was one in the store. He was also surprised that the cost was $112.99. When he couldn’t find the battery on the shelf, he headed to the stockroom. From where I stood, I could see a box on the shelf that was about the size of the battery. I walked over and found that it was, in fact, the replacement battery, and to my surprise, the tag on the shelf WITH the correct part number, said $89.99! I hollared to the sales associate that I found it, and shared the price. He insisted that he had to charge me the price on the computer. I disagreed and said that every other store honors their posted price. By this time, another sales associate came out if the back room. He said the best he could do was to give me 10% off the online price. I told them both that I would buy the battery, but that I would be returning to talk to the manager/owner on Monday.Updated on 8/25/2022: I did return to the store and the manager refunded the price difference. He also assured me that the employees were apprised of the policy to honor the listed price on the shelf.
