I had a very awesome experience at this place as I don't know much of this stuff yet The women at the counter was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had a few if not more questions about the products I was looking at. I will continue to buy from here

Very rude employees!! I went in to look around because I am not aware of any law stating you can't look. The lady at the register says to me, " You again, I suppose you are just going to look around and not buy anything."Don't worry about it I will no longer look nor buy from you, I can purchase it online for a lot less anyway. I had believed in supporting your local businesses but not yours.

All the staff are knowledgeable in their products, and if one doesn't have the answers they'll find one that does.I do a lot of comparing when shopping. Their quick to help me with finding the difference and pointing out how the differences impact me and my body.The staff will help out if a product is out by ordering the items and calling when it's in.They have a loyalty program and they have the best prices in town along with monthly savings.

The products here are fantastic. I’ve almost always had a good experience. For the first time, I just stopped into the store on GV. I sat at the counter awaiting somebody to check me out for a long time. The lady was having some small talk with a vendor, and that was apparently more important than completing my purchase. I will continue to go to the store in Howard. But, the service at this particular branch was intensely putrid.

I am a former employee of B Alive and have witnessed the inner-workings of the business. While I am a big fan of supplementation, holistic medicine, essential oils, and natural remedies, and while B Alive sells a LOT of these things, the owner of the business and his eldest son were engaged in a power struggle while I worked there, which exposed how flawed the business model was.Expired items would be left on shelves well past their expiration dates, there were items all over the store that had no prices listed on them, the back area of the store was a disaster area, unopened boxes of product were constantly left in the aisles for customers to trip over, and employees such as Roberta and Mary, who treated customers terribly and were extremely lazy, respectively, were allowed to continue working for the company even after their bad attitudes and poor work ethic were exposed, apparently because they either had "seniority" or because the owner of the business felt sorry for/obligated to them for some strange reason.If the owner of the company would have let his eldest son take over, or at least give him full control of day to day operations, the business could have been far more successful than it wasn't during my time there (and before), and it is my sincerest hope that this will be the case going forward, because Green Bay really does need a great vitamin, supplement, and herb shop, and with the right leadership, this business could be just such a place.

I've shopped here for 15 years or more now. Great store with incredible prices!!! Pretty much always FAR cheaper than I can find anywhere on the web so I've quit even looking. We are VERY lucky to have them locally! I also want to leave a review of Mary at their Oneida St. store, who is my absolute favorite person in retail in ANY store I go to. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. A real asset to B Alive. I wish I could find employees like her for my business!

Love to support local businesses especially during the pandemic but one of the clerks was chatting with another customer & started a rant about her views on the virus which was out of place especially in a store catering to customers who believe in these products to help. The young gentleman clerk was super kind - all of your employees should be like him.

I've been a loyal client for years. Therefore, I felt comfortable asking the elderly store operator lady, at the Oneida Street location, if she could kindly share one of her discount coupons since I left my community mailer copy at home. I pointed out that it is the same coupon as the large one posted in her store's window just 5 feet away. She responded with a confused face, looked at the window, said she neither had any idea of such coupons nor what I was talking about. I then asked if the Country Life Vitamin C 's shelf-displayed-price was her best price available. Her response was "yes", however, she recommended I instead buy my vitamins from Amazon Prime. She believe they were cheaper there. I thought, "how interesting". Hence I checked the internet to find that Amazon does offer the product, but better yet, so does a company named Pure Formula and the company has 61,635 reviews, with a 4.6 star rating. I give the senior lady 1 star for client relations and 5 stars for recommending me to review other suppliers. In a year of Covid-19, one would not guess that B-Alive has little need for our local community's business. In all fairness, the lady could be suffering from early dementia symptoms. It is strange that she would not be aware of the 1000s, if not hundred of 1000s, of B-Alive coupons printed over the years. Nonetheless, if her cognitive skills are failing and she can't read her coupons, then I understand, I wish her the best, and this post would have no merit.
