I rented from this location but the guy gave me KIA that uses key for the start, I was lucky I was tricked by looters. I didn’t ask for exchange bcuz it was super cold to go back office.

I've been charged $12 for gas even know that I filled up tank to FULL at Krist gas station on Babcock Rd 5 minutes before returning car . From Babcock Rd to the airport is 1,5 miles !

Extra taxes tacked on when I picked up the car. Then after being told if I'm late returning the car I may be charged a $25 late charge, when I returned the car a little over 2 hours late they charged me for a whole extra day! ($94!!!!) The clerk referred me to the 15?+ pages of terms and conditions.I won't be using Avis again.

Fast and friendly service from the pickup location in Green Bay, Wisconsin and the drop off location in San Antonio, Texas. The vehicle was nice and clean. I will definitely go with Avis again.

Complimentary rental using reward points was charged the full rental price against my credit card on file. Third time in a row that I have tried to use my reward points only to have them charged to my credit card

It was a bait and switch ...very expensive for a weekly rental and drop off. The car was dirty and the staff was not helpful to remedy. I will not rent again.

Not likely at all. No one told us we'd have to pay a full day fee for being 1 hour early for pick up. At the counter we were told the best gas deal was to prepay and we'd be refunded the remaining fee but that also wasn't true. $450 for 3 days in a Kia. Would have been cheaper to pay for a car service at this point.

Avis Rental at Austin Straubel provided a great experience. The customer service agents were courteous and professional and made checking in and out a breeze. The vehicle was clean and well maintained and I'd gladly use their service again.

We spent all day trying to call the help desk, being told we had to call the local airline-- which DID NOT EVEN HAVE A PHONE. Then we were charged nearly 300$ for being an hour and a half late. We were only late because I was traveling with a breastfeeding infant and 2 year old who got car sick and we had to pull over so he wouldn't puke in the car. When we arrived at the desk I tried to explain we'd been calling all day and before I could finish explaining she handed me the bill and said sorry, nothing I can do, call customer service. (The number I'd been forwarded to all day telling me to call the desk.) Will gladly spend the extra 300 somewhere else to not have to deal with that customer service again.
