I’ve been an Autozone customer at countless stores across the US, since the day they opened.
So imagine how shocked I was to receive the best service to date, from an autozone employee at this Green Bay store. The rep’s name was Jeff.
I was already content with the efficient service I got from Alex, but now that he’s gone…I wasn’t expecting much. Jeff was “on top” things I needed and even zoomed through the store grabbing things for me. ABOVE AND BEYOND.
Good work / great employee.

Came here to purchase a headlight after receiving my car back from the shop; Jeff helped me look at my car and discovered my bulb was unscrewed! He helped me fix the bulb and the waterproof cover… saved my week and my wallet! Thank you Jeff:)

Jeff at the Green Bay, E. Mason Street location was absolutely incredible and restored my faith that there are still great employees in the retail sectors. Not only did his knowledge assist me with my stressful headlamp issue, he was very hands on through the process, all with an amazing patient attitude, which put my mind at ease, and saved me money in the long run!Jeff, thank you. Your patients and kind nature was very healing to me. Even your co-worker was very kind through the whole process. I couldn't have asked for more. Definitely gained a long term customer!

I came in during the really rainy past few days we had last week after work around 7 on 10/25. I needed new wiper blades as mine decided suddenly they were just done. I feel sad I didn't get name of the lady who helped me but she was amazing! She helped me determine the right size for my car and even came out to help me change them when I was struggling in the dark and rain to do so myself. It turns out that one of them was previously returned and she caught that it was missing a part. She wasted no time in exchanging it for me and helping me install them both. She then apologized for not just coming out initially help me install them. She was so great! If management is seeing this her cashier number is 28 on my receipt or so it seems. Please give this lovely lady a raise! She is wonderful!

Somehow gave me wrong oil filter for a whole different car. Told them the specs, engine and everything needed I guess next time I'll learn what part I need and get it myself
